1 SPRING 2018 NYS NEVADA TACKLE FOOTBALL 9U WEIGHTED DIVISION REVIEWS May 19 th, 2018 The #1 Seed Las Vegas Badgers defeated the #2 Seed Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks 41-6 at Liberty High School In a game that featured the MVP winner Bishop Allen and MVP Runner-Up Jai shon Bradford, it was Bradford that stole the show as his Badgers clawed their way past the Diamondbacks to claim a Nevada State Championship. Bradford scored 5 touchdowns in a humongous effort to power his team past the Diamondbacks to victory. The Diamondback struck first on a nifty 26-yard run by Bishop Allen for a st quarter lead. The Badgers answered back with a 10-yard run by Kenneth Hill and with a 1-point conversion by Bradford took a 7-6 lead. In the 2 nd quarter the Badgers went wild scoring 4 touchdowns on 39, 23, and 1-yard TD Runs by Bradford as well as Bradford passing 12 yards to Nathan Fletcher for a touchdown and a 33-6 lead. In the 3 rd quarter Bradford scored on a 10-yard run to extend the Badgers lead to In the 4 th quarter the Badgers put the icing on the cake with a 15-yard run by Bradford the win. The Badgers offense pounded the rock 35 times for 292 yards with Jai shon Bradford gaining 178 yards on 18 totes. The Badgers offensive line did a spectacular job as Kenneth Hill added 72 yards rushing. Bradford also completed 7 of 12 passes for 75 yards with Nathan Fletcher catching 5 balls for 49yards. The Badgers tenacious defense applied pressure on Diamondbacks QB Bishop Allen all day. The Badgers defense got 5 sacks and fumble recoveries by Amani Muasau, Cameron Hyde, and Jai shon Bradford. The Diamondbacks were led by MVP winner Bishop Allen with 47 yards rushing and 47 yards passing. For the Diamondbacks defense, Emanuel Baine had a monster game with an interception and 13 tackles. Julian Pulcher also played well with a fumble recovery and 5 tackles. Treven Edington made 8 tackles and Xavier Rosales had 6 tackles for the Diamondbacks. May 12 th, 2018 The #1 Seed Las Vegas Badgers defeated the #4 Seed ers 32-0 at Del Sol High School The Las Vegas Badgers offense came out and clawed their way past the ers this weekend in this semifinal showdown as Jai shon Bradford scored 4 touchdowns to power his team into the Nevada State Championship Game next Saturday at Liberty HS. Bradford who had a sensational season, scored on runs covering 60, 17, and 53 yards. He also scored on a 32-yard TD pass from QB Nathan Fletcher. Kenneth Hill also scored for the Badgers on a nifty 47-yard run. The Badgers offense rushed for 214 yards behind fabulous blocking by their offensive line. Jai shon Bradford rushed for 135 yards and Kenneth Hill added 53 yards rushing. The Badgers defense was awesome, allowing just 43 total yards to the ers in this matchup. Jacob Nevarez and Jordan Sanoubane recovered fumbles for the Badgers. The 49ers played very hard and were led by Ezra Sanelivi with 21 yards rushing in a great effort.

2 The #2 Seed Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the #3 Seed Las Vegas Aces 26-0 at Del Sol High School Treven Edington had a game as he scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks back to the Nevada State Championship Game next Saturday at Liberty HS as his squad folded the Aces this weekend at Del Sol High School. Edington scored on 2 & 10-yard runs showing off his running back skills. Bishop Allen also scored on a 5-yard run and Allen 70 yards to Emmanuel Baines for a touchdown. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 60 yards with Bishop Allen and Trevin Edington combining for 48 yards. Allen also passed for 120 yards. The Diamondbacks defense was fabulous allowing 64 total yards. Osvaldo Hernandez and Emmanuel Baines recovered fumbles for the Diamondbacks. The Aces were led by Elijah Richard with 52 yards rushing. May 5 th, 2018 The #4 Seed ers defeated the #5 Seed Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels at Del Sol High School Justin Romero scored 1 touchdown and passed for another touchdown to lead the ers to a great victory in a back and forth matchup with the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels. The 49ers scored in the 1 st quarter on a 16-yard TD pass to Isaiah Alba from QB Romero. Romero added the 1-point conversion for a 7-0 lead that would come into play in a big way later. The Rebels scored in the 2 nd quarter on a nifty 20-yard run by Selby Griego and trailed 7-6. In a wild 4 th quarter the 49ers scored on a super 43-yard run by Romero for a 13-6 lead. The 49ers scored again on a 9-yard run by Ezra Sanelvi, and now led The Rebels came storming back returning the ensuing kickoff 51 yards by Elyjah Cobwell, and the 49ers lead was cut to just The Rebels got the ball and scored with little time remaining in the game on a 1-yard run by Selby Griego. They went for 2 and the win, but the 49ers dug deep and found all the gold for a final score. The 49ers offense rushed for 123 yards with Ezra Sanelivi gaining 67 yards and Justin Romero adding 48 yards rushing. The Rebels were led by Jordan Villegas with 59 yards rushing and a fumble and interception. The #3 Seed Las Vegas Aces defeated the #6 Seed Las Vegas Wolverines 15-0 at Liberty High School Elijah Richard and Cayden Jones each scored a touchdown to lead the Las Vegas Aces to a great victory as their defense really shined while shutting out the Las Vegas Wolverines. After a hardnosed defensive 1 st half with no scoring, the Aces scored in the 3 rd quarter on a 5-yard run by Elijah Richard and a 2-point conversion by Austin Brown for an 8-0 lead. In the 4 th quarter the Aces put the game on ice with a 10- yard run by Cayden Jones and a 15-0 final score. The Aces offense rushed for 168 yards with Elijah Richard gaining 133 yards. The Aces defense was super allowing 71 total yards. The Wolverines were led by Charles Buckner with 26 yards rushing.

3 April 28 th, 2018 The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 26-6 at Del Sol High School Cayden Jones scored 2 touchdowns and passed for another touchdown to lead the Las Vegas Aces to victory over the Las Vegas Wolverines this weekend. Jones scored on 5 & 4 yard runs while passing 8 yards to Donaven Ogburn for a touchdown. Elijah Richard also scored for the Aces on a nifty 30-yard run. The Wolverines scored on a 1-yard run by Anthony Donato for their only score. The Aces offense rushed for 159 yards with Elijah Richard gaining 99 yards and Cory Hood adding 30 yards. The Aces defense played stellar all game long allowing just 50 total yards to the Wolverines offense. Cory Hood recovered a fumble and Davion Sutton had an interception. The Wolverines were led by Devon Curry with 21 yards rushing. Devon Curry and Levi Romero both also recovered fumbles for the Wolverines defense. The Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels defeated the ers 30-0 at Liberty High School Elyjah Cobwell scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Southern Highland Jr Rebels to victory as they managed to steal all the ers gold this weekend. Cobwell scored on 45 & 28-yard scampers. Also scoring for the Rebels were, Tycen Jordan on a sweet 33-yard run, Selby Griego on a beautiful 53-yard run, and Quinton Gopez on a wild 54-yard run. The Rebels offense rushed for 259 yards behind fabulous blocking by their offensive line. Elyjah Cobwell rushed for 92 yards and Selby Griego added 76 yards rushing. The Rebels defense played great allowing just 40 total yards to the ers offense. Tycen Jordan and Kaeden Suyat recovered fumbles for the Rebels defense. The 49ers were led by Myion Day and Tristan Savea with a combined 57 yards rushing. Jermari Arnold and Karson Kuhar had interceptions as well for the 49ers. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks at Valley High School In what might have been one of the most exciting matchups of the season, Jaishon Bradford scored 3 touchdowns and Kenneth Hill scored 3 key 1-point conversions to lead the Las vegas Badgers to a fantastic victory over the Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks scored in the 1 st quarter on the opening kickoff as Emanuel Baines raced 66 yards for a touchdown and a 6-0 lead. The Badgers came back and scored in the 1 st quarter on a 4-yard run by Bradford and a 1-point conversion by Hill for a 7-6 lead. In the 2 nd quarter the Diamondbacks scored on a 2-yard run by Bishop Allen for a 12-7 lead. The Badgers answered right back and scored in the 2 nd quarter on 7 & 63 yard runs by Bradford for a lead that would take them to the half. The 3 rd quarter was scoreless, as the teams got ready for a wild 4 th quarter. In the 4 th quarter the Diamondbacks scored on an 18-yard run by Treven Edington to cut the Badgers lead to The Diamondbacks scored yet again on a 1-yard sneak by Allen for a lead with little time remaining in the game as Allen willed his team to score with Treven Edington injured on the previous drive. However, the Badgers had just enough time on the clock left to mount a comeback. The Badgers scored the game winning touchdowns with 48 seconds remaining on a stunning 52-yard TD pass to Nathen Fletcher from Jaishon Bradford. The Diamondbacks would have one final chance with just a few seconds left on the clock, but the Badgers defense would hold on to preserve the victory. The Badgers offense rushed for 220 yards with Jaishon Bradford gaining 163 yards on 16 rushes to lead the

4 way. Bradford also passed for 52 yards, all to Nathan Fletcher. The Diamondbacks were led by Bishop Allen with 130 yards rushing and 23 yards passing in a stellar effort. April 21 st, 2018 The Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 35-0 at Liberty High School Treven Edington scored 3 touchdowns to power the Desert Oasis Jr Diamondbacks to victory over the Las Vegas Wolverines this weekend at Liberty High School. Edington scored on an amazing 58-yard fumble return as well as 5 & 49-yard TD passes from QB Bishop Allen. Also scoring for the Diamondbacks were, Allen on 1 & 10-yard runs, and Osvaldo Hernandez on a 14yard TD pass from Allen. The Diamondbacks were led by Bishop Allen with 47 yards rushing and 161 yards passing. Treven Edington caught 4 passes for 88 yards. For the Diamondbacks defense, Edington recovered 2 fumbles and Sebastian Tipacti recovered 1 fumble. The Wolverines were led by Anthony Edwards with 25 yards rushing. The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels in 2 OT at Valley High School Elijah Richard scored the game winning touchdown in the 2 nd overtime, to lead the Las Vegas Aces to a huge victory in a thriller with the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels. After a scoreless 1 st quarter, the Rebels scored in the 2 nd quarter on a 5-yard run by Elijah Cobwell to take an early lead. The Rebels converted a 1-point conversion by Davion Sutton for a 7-0 lead. The Aces answered right back on the ensuing kickoff with a great 50-yard kickoff return by Jeremiah Turner. The Aces tied the score at 7-7 on a 1-point conversion by Cory Hood. Just before halftime the Aces scored on a 21-yard run by Cory Hood for a 13-7 lead. Late in the 4 th quarter the Rebels scored on a 2-yard run by Selby Griego but failed to make the conversion and the game was tied at the end of regulation. Both teams failed to score in the 1 st overtime. In the 2 nd overtime the Aces scored on a 2-yard run by Elijah Richard for a lead. The Rebels had their chance to tie or take the win for themselves, but the Aces defense held strong and they managed to edge out the Rebels in this one. The Aces offense rushed for 145 yards with Elijah Richard and Cory Hood combining for 94 yards. For the Aces defense, Richard and Cayden Jones had interceptions. The Rebels offense rushed for 115 yards with Selby Griego and Quinton Gopez combing for 83 yards. Gopez and Kaeden Suyat recovered fumbles for the Rebels. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the ers 21-0 at Western High School MVP candidate Jai shon Bradford had another superb game scoring 3 touchdowns to power the Las Vegas Badgers to victory in a close matchup with the ers. Bradford scored on runs covering 34, 30, and 20 yards. The Badgers offense rushed for 163 yards with Bradford gaining 116 yards. The Badgers defense was awesome allowing 11 total yards. Amani Muasau had an interception and Jacob Nevarez recovered a fumble for the Badgers defense. The 49ers were led by Myion Day and Makaio Lucas with fumble recoveries in a great effort.

5 April 14 th & 16 th, 2018 The Las Vegas Aces defeated the ers at Liberty High School Cory Hood scored the would be game winning touchdown to lead the Las Vegas Aces to victory in a thriller of a game over the ers. The Aces scored in the 1 st quarter on a nifty 29-yard run by Elijah Richard for a 6-0 lead. The Aces increased their lead to 12-0 in the 2 nd quarter on a blazing 60-yard run by Cory Hood. In the 3 rd quarter the 49ers scored on a 56-yard run by Ezra Sanelivi, and the Aces lead was cut to In the 4 th quarter the Aces scored on a staggering 79-yard run by Cory Hood for an 18-6 lead. The 49ers answered back with a 5-yard run by Tristan Savea, but time ran short and the Aces held on for an final score win. The Aces offense rushed for 211 yards with great blocking by their line. Cory Hood rushed for 163 yards and Elijah Richard added 45 yards rushing. The Aces defense played well allowing 49 total yards. The 49ers were led by Tristan Savea with 26 yards rushing and Justin Romero with a fumble recovery. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 35-0 at Valley High School Jai shon Bradford scored 3 touchdowns to power the Las Vegas Badgers to victory as they flashed a very impressive offensive attack to defeat the Las Vegas Wolverines. Bradford scored on slick runs of 45, 25, and 25-yards. Also scoring for the Badgers were, Kenneth Hill on a 10-yard scamper, Tristan Fletcher on a 5-yard run, and Nathan Fletcher on a 10-yard run. The Badgers offense rushed for 184-yards with Bradford gaining 134 yards. Bradford also passed for 30 yards, all to Nathan Fletcher. Bradford recovered a fumble and Xavier Jones and Amahi Mauasau had interceptions as well for the Badgers defense. The Wolverines did their best and showed great determination and poise but didn t have enough to take down the Badgers. The Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels 34-0 at Ed Fountain Park on Monday, April 16 th Nigel Edwards scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Desert Oasis Jr Diamondbacks to victory in Monday night action over the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels. Edwards scored on a 10-yard run and a 30-yard fumble return. Also scoring for the Diamondbacks were, Treven Edington on a swift 42-yard run and Bishop Allen on a 20 & 12-yard runs. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 160 yards with Treven Edington gaining 92 yards and Bishop Allen adding 71 yards rushing. The Diamondbacks defense played great allowing 18 total yards. Julian Pulcher and Nigel Edwards recovered fumbles and Treven Edington had 2 sacks. The Rebels played with a lot of heart and determination and gave a good effort. April 7 th, 2018 The Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the ers 26-6 at Liberty High School Bishop Allen and Treven Edington each scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Desert Oasis Jr Diamondbacks to victory as they managed to race past the ers in this showdown. Allen scored on a 4-yard run and a 50-yard pic 6 TD return. Edington scored on awesome runs of 50 & 44 yards. The 49ers lone score

6 came on a 9-yard TD pass to Tristian Savea form QB Justin Romero. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 132 yards with Treven Edington gaining 96 yards to lead the way. QB Bishop Allen passed for 52 yards. Nigel Edwards had a big game with a fumble recovery and 2 sacks for the Diamondbacks defense. The 49ers were led by Justin Romero with 32 yards rushing and 53 yards passing. Romero also had 2 sacks showing his all-around skill. Christopher Leuma rushed for 30 yards. The Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines at Basic High School Selby Griego had monster game passing for a touchdown, scoring a touchdown for his defense, and then converting the game winning extra point to power the Southern Highland Jr Rebels to a colossal win in a thriller over the Las Vegas Wolverines. The Wolverines took the lead 6-0 in the 1 st quarter on a nifty 32- yard run by Xavier Netherly. In the 3 rd quarter the Rebels tied the score 6-6 on a sensational 58-yard TD pass to Tycen Jordan from Griego. Still in the 3 rd quarter the Wolverines would strike right back as they scored on a super 46-yard kickoff return by Tyron Turner and a 12-6 lead. In the 4 th quarter the Rebels scored on an unbelievable 34 fumble return by Griego and the score was tied The Rebels then scored the game winning 1-point conversion on a 5-yard run by Griego for a finals score. The Rebels were led by Selby Griego with 29 yards rushing and 66 yards passing. Tycen Jordan had 64 yards receiving and Elyjah Cobwell had an interception for the Rebels. The Wolverines were led by Xavier Netherly, Devon Curry, and Tyron Tinner with a combined 102 yards rushing in a great effort. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the Las Vegas Aces 41-6 at Del Sol High School Jai shon Bradford and Kenneth Hill each scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Las Vegas Badgers to victory as they clawed their way past the Aces this weekend. Jai shon Bradford scored on wiggly runs of 55 & 26 yards. Kenenth Hill meanwhile scored on 3 & 5-yard bursts. Also scoring for the Badgers were, Nathan Fletcher on a 15-yard run and Jacob Nevarez on a 7-yard run. The Aces only score was a nifty 35-yard run by Cory Hood. The Badgers offense rushed for 204 yards with great blocking by their offensive line. Jai shon Bradford rushed for 102 yards and Kenneth Hill added 59 yards rushing. The Badgers defense played a super game allowing just 28 total yards to the Aces defense. The Aces were led by Cory Hood with 34 yards rushing. March 24 th, 2018 The Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the Las Vegas Aces 21-6 at Rancho High School Bishop Allen had yet another tremendous game scoring 1 touchdown and passing for another in leading the Desert Oasis Jr Diamondbacks to victory as they managed to fold the Las Vegas Aces in a close game. After a scoreless 1 st quarter the Diamondbacks scored in the 2 nd quarter on a wonderful 48-yard TD pass to Treven Edington for Allen. In the 3 rd quarter the Diamondbacks scored on a 14-yard scamper by Edington for a 14-0 lead. In the 4 th quarter the Diamondbacks increased their lead to 21-0 on a 1-yard sneak by Allen. The Aces got on the board late in the 4thv quarter on a 37-yard run by Cory Hood and a 21-6 final score. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 118 yards with Julian Pulcher and Bishop Allen combining for 80 yards rushing. On defense for the Diamondbacks, Julian Pulcher recovered a fumble and Allen had an interception. The Aces were led by Cory Hood with 64 yards rushing and Elijah Richard added 34 yards rushing along with a fumble recovery.

7 The ers defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 8-6 at Sierra Vista High School In a tremendously close game, the ers found just enough gold to get past the Las Vegas Wolverines this weekend at Sierra Vista High School. Justin Romero scored a touchdown and the would be game winning 2-point conversion, to lead the ers to a giant win. After a scoreless 1 st quarter the 49ers scored in the 2 nd quarter on a 10-yard run by Romero and a 2-point conversion for an 8-0 lead. After a scoreless 3 rd quarter, the Wolverines scored in the 4 th quarter on a nifty 30-yard run by Charles Buckner. However, they couldn t convert the game tying 2-point conversion and the 49ers would manage to hold on for an 8-6 final score victory. The 49ers offense rushed for 126 yards with Christopher Leuma and Justin Romero combining for 80 yards rushing. Preston Helsham recovered a fumble for the 49ers defense. The Wolverines were led by Devon Curry and Charles Buckner with a combined 79 yards rushing. Xavier Netherly recovered a fumble for the Wolverines. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels 35-0 at Del Sol High School Jai shon Bradford scored 3 touchdowns to power the Las Vegas Badgers to victory as they managed to shut down the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels at Del Sol this past weekend. Bradford scored on runs covering 9, 15, and 4 yards. Kenneth Hill also scored for the Badgers on a sweet 45-yard run. The Badgers offense rushed for 139 yards with Jai shon Bradford and Kenneth Hill combining for 111 yards. The Badgers defense was superb allowing -7 total yards. The Rebel played hard and did their best against a very tough Badgers team. March 17 th, 2018 The ers defeated the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels at Ed Fountain Park #8 Christopher Leuma had exceptional game scoring 3 touchdowns to power the ers to victory over the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels. The Rebels scored in the 1 st quarter on a 5-yard run by Elyjah Cobwell for a 6-0 lead. The 49ers answered back with a nifty 23-yard run by Leuma, and a 1-point conversion by Tycen Jordan for a 7-6 lead. The 49ers increased their lead to 13-6 in the 2 nd quarter on an 18-yard run by Leuma. In the 3 rd quarter the 49ers scored on a breathtaking 73-yard kickoff return by Leuma, and a 19-6 lead. In the 4 th quarter the Rebels fought back and scored on a glorious 56-yard run by Selby Griego, and the 49ers led Late in the 4 th quarter the 49ers put the icing on the cake with a 10-yard TD pass to Isaiah Alba from QB Justin Romero, and a final score. The 49ers offense rushed for 170 yards with Justin Romero gaining 80 yards and Ezra Sanelivi and Christopher Leuma combining for 80 yards rushing. On defense for the 49ers, Preston Helsham recovered a fumble and Karson Kuhar had an interception. The Rebels offense rushed for 100 yards with Selby Griego gaining 83 yards. Elyjah Cobwell recovered a fumble for the Rebels defense. The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks 24-6 at Rancho High School In a rematch of the fall U Weighed Division Championship Game, Jai shon Bradford had super game scoring 3 touchdowns to power the Las Vegas Badgers to victory and flip the script on the Diamondbacks. Bradford scored on blazing runs covering 42, 44, and 54 yards. Nathan Fletcher also scored for the Badgers on a 1-yard plunge. The Diamondbacks scored on a 1-yard sneak by Bishop Allen

8 for their only score. The Badgers offense rambled for 241 yards behind solid blocking by their offensive line. Jai shon Bradford rushed for 221 yards to lead all runners. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 90 yards with Bishop Allen gaining 61 yards and Julian Pulcher added 41 yards rushing. QB Bishop Allen passed for 42 yards and Osvaldo Hernandez recovered a fumble for the Diamondbacks. The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 13-7 at Ed Fountain Park #6 in OT Elijah Richards scored the game winning touchdown in the 2 nd overtime to lead the Las Vegas Aces to victory in a great even matchup with the Las Vegas Wolverines. These two teams battled to a scoreless 0-0 tie at the end of regulation play with outstanding defense. The Wolverines won the toss in overtime and scored on a 5-yard run by Devon Curry and along with a 1-point conversion by Anthony Edwards gave his team a 7-0 lead. The Aces scored on a 2-yard run by Donaven Ogburn on 4 th down and Elijah scored the tying 1-point conversion to send the game into double overtime. In the 2 nd overtime the Aces deferred to the Wolverines and their defense held them scoreless on 4 downs. On the Aces possession they scored on 4 th down from the 1-yard line on a super run by Elijah Richards and a 13-7 final score. The Aces offense rushed for 127 yards with Elijah Richards gaining 77 yards. The Wolverines offense rushed for 152 yards with Devon Curry gaining 69 yards and Charles Buckner adding 43 yards rushing. Levi Romero recovered a fumble for the Wolverines defense. March 10 th, 2018 The Las Vegas Badgers defeated the ers 22-0 at Del Sol High School Tristan Fletcher scored 2 touchdowns to lead the Las Vegas Badgers to a sweet opening day victory as they stole the 49ers gold in this matchup. Fletcher scored on 2 & 7 yards rambles while Jai shon Bradford scored on a 23-yard scamper. The Badgers offense rushed for 208 yards behind superb blocking by their offensive line. Jai shon Bradford rushed for 125 yards to lead the Badgers rushing attack. The Badgers defense played great allowing just 12 total yards to the 49ers offensive attack. The 49ers were led by Christopher Leuma with 41 yards rushing. Justin Romero and Makaio Lucas recovered fumbles for the 49ers defense. The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebels at Ed Fountain Park #6 Cayden Jones scored 1 touchdown and passed for another to lead the Las Vegas Aces to a super opening day victory over the Southern Highlands Jr. Rebeles. Jones scored on a 2-yard run and had a booming 72-yard TD pass to # 3. Also scoring for the Aces were, Cory Hood on a 15-yard run and James Matthew Springfield on 40-yard run. The Rebels scored on a great 55-yard run by Eric Johnson and a 48-yard run by Selby Greigo. The Aces offense rushed for 199 yards with Cory Hood, #3, and Springfield combining for 155 yards. QB Cayden Jones passed for 72 yards. The Rebels offense rushed for 215 yards with Selby Greigo gaining 101 yards and Jacob Stiles adding 42 yards rushing. The Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks defeated the Las Vegas Wolverines 18-0 at Basic High School Bishop Allen scored 1 touchdown and passed for another to lead the Desert Oasis Jr. Diamondbacks to victory as he led his snakes past the Wolverines in this close low scoring matchup at Basic High School.

9 Allen passed 10 yards to John Rushlow and scored on a 1-yard sneak in the win. Emanuel Baines also scored for the Diamondbacks on a nifty 35-yard run. The Diamondbacks offense rushed for 161 yards with Julian Pulcher and Bishop Allen combining for 111 yards. QB Bishop Allen passed for 65 yards and might have had a bunch more had his receivers been able to handle a few more passes. The Diamondbacks defense was great allowing just 22 total yards. The Wolverines played very hard and gave it their all. Charles Bucksnd recovered a fumble and had a sack for the Wolverines defense.
