Previous Minute The previous minute dated 08 September 2015 was submitted and agreed as an accurate record of the meeting ---- First meeting of new season Proposed: Phil Gray - Portsoy Seconded: Chris Cheshire Elgin Athletic Matters Arising from minutes Discussed Galacticos registration and have agreed that they are acceptable. Changed their name to New Elgin Welfare. 2. Fixtures Match fixtures for April have been issued to teams with the remainder of Season to follow These have taken in teams request for free dates. Some free dates are noted within Cup weekend and these will be advise shortly JC JC/ These have been issued to TMC and for ref appointments The first match between Hopeman v RAF Lossie will be played at Thornhill. Council to be advised JC No schedule nor friendlies permitted 8 th May 3. Cup draw Mike Simpson Cup

Pitches / TMC Meeting held 15/3/16 with TMC Meeting note read out, main points:- - Pitch monitoring system will continue - Buckie slightly smaller in length - Nets being ordered for Pinefield / Thornhill? - Grass cutting on a 2 week cycle even if sustained period of growth - Pitch payments ( 43 in vat ) - Electric card 7.50 If Clubs have issues advise Exec and they will in turn discuss with TMC

3 Lhanbryde pitch will now only be used by them 7. SFAR Moray and Banff Meeting held 11/3/15 with SFAR Items noted:- - Ref numbers is approx. 15/16 with supplementary list on top of this - Under armour / sock tape as last year - Team lines at least 20mins prior to kick off - Fees paid at same time - Fees 32 and 40p / mile 8. First Aid Still waiting on a number of first aid certificates, clubs to get this to Chris as soon as possible. Buckie 1no Bishopmill Rovers 2no ( hand over at end of meeting ) Banff 1no Hopeman 1no Lhanbryde 1no Rothes 1no First Aid will there be any sanction for those who do not have submitted the appropriate forms. noted that this will be concluded by next meeting or course will be arranged 9. Team Details SWFA have new requirements in relation to registration. We need to populate the information and return by the 25 March walked through with each club to enable submission. 10. Tom Hunter Cup All Clubs in attendance confirmed their intention to participate in the Cup. Draw will be 10 April 11. Discipline following players have suspensions in place for the beginning of Season 2016: Stuart Chalmers (Rothes A) - 1 Match Andy Gray (Lhanbryde) - 2 Matches Chris Gray (Lhanbryde) - 2 Matches Ian McCann (Tomintoul) - 1 Match Sean Mitchell (Ugie Youths) - 1 Match Scott Sellar (Cullen) - 1 Match

4 12. Match Reporting circulated a note from Craig Christie from the Northern Scot in relation to match reporting. 13. Team Lines circulated new lines advised that match scores should be sent to Iain Mair (IM) within an hour of full time. 14. Registration Forms advised that registration forms were available on the Association s website and reminded Clubs that forms should be submitted to Chris Cheshire (CC) within three days of signing. Child process form to be included along with registration form List to be issued in advance of 1 st RAF Lossie home game CC 15. Insurance circulated of insurance requirements and teams to pay at end of meeting. will issue to SWFA including cheque 16. Sponsorship to arrange a photograph for press release 17. SWFA to arrange affiliation submission 18. AOCB Match balls ( each ) and these will be handed out to clubs after the meeting as per club requests. AR will issue invoices accordingly Home clubs to advise the away club prior to the fixture if food was going to be made available. Next meeting 9 th May at Elgin City. 7.30pm 19.
