8 Swim Season Competitive Season: from August to February. - Post Competitive Season: from March to June. - Goal: perform well as a Team at Divisionals and qualify as many swimmers for EFSL Champs! - 12 standard meets of which 3 hosted by the NATO Marlins; swimmers requested to swim at least 4 meets (prerequisite for qualification to EFSL champs) - Then Divisionals (Benelux division); participation of all swimmers is mandatory - Long Distance Champs & EFSL Champs; require to qualify on times - Swimmers need to Swim NO training NO gaining!! 07/09/2016 8

21 Team and Pool Rules Everyone deserves respect no person will by words or actions, humiliate or use crude or offensive language and gestures to any athlete, staff or family member. Let the coach, coach Please do not interrupt training sessions. Be on time, training starts with the warm-up at 18:45!! Have open dialogue with the Executive that is constructive but respect the decisions. Respect Officials decisions at competitions if unhappy with the decision, it must be raised with the Head Coach Pool rules are meant to be followed We have to wear swim caps and shower before swim No out-door shoes on the pool deck No food or drinks in glass bottles on the pool deck.
