RENEWALS OF MEMBERSHIP ARE DUE To All Members Past and Present, Wow, September spoiled us with great waves especially on Sept. 14th! AND, no hurricanes this year! We had a successful October meeting at JBFH. Thanks to Steve Eastman for the very informative talk on fin design and set up. Steve definitely has the background of knowledge on board design from California. Thanks to those who showed up for the AIA beach clean up but we need more participants next time. Being a member of a club means helping out. If you haven't been participating for whatever reason, please make an extra effort to be a visible part of your club. Thanks to Mary Cameron for hosting the monthly picnic, and many thanks to Steve Eastman for hosting the picnic on Oct 21 at Carlin Park! Next club meeting Monday, November 6th at Jupiter Beach Fish House at 7:30 pm We'll have our new club and annual picnic shirts on sale. Get 'em early before they're sold out. Don't forget that the Annual Luau Day is Saturday November 11th at the Civic Center. Events Planned are: Club surf contest starts at 8am. If we have no waves, we're going to have a fun paddling contest, so get in shape! Also a Ladies Surf CLUB Clinic at PICNIC noon for those who want to learn more. October 21ST We'll have burgers and dogs on the grill starting at noon to hold us over until Surfboard Raffle the real food starts about 4pm.
