For group exclusivity, you must book the deck for 176 guests. A minimum group size of 15 guests is required. Food is served one hour prior to game time. Picnic Ground Rules A $5.00 per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit payable by major credit card is due at the time you book your picnic date in order to reserve seats. Reservations will not be held without a deposit. Final group number and final payment are due two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of your game. Any decrease in group size must be done by this time. Any tickets not paid in full by this time will be forfeited. Any additional picnic tickets needed may be purchased up to one week prior to the date of your game, and must be paid in full at time of purchase. All tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will not be distributed until paid in full. No refunds once tickets are purchased. All sales are final. Any deposit lost because of a decrease in group size will not be applied towards your final balance. Crosscutters policy is to provide your group with one (1) undated General Admission ticket for each number reduced. Buffet is served rain or shine. If the game you have chosen is canceled due to inclement weather, we will work to reschedule your group to another game. 3

Call the Cutters Offices at (570) and talk with a group representative to schedule your event. Have a credit card available, as a deposit payment will be due at the time you schedule your outing.
