Number confirmations, full balance and final payment must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event. Substitution of the event or another day will be permitted based on availability. 4 PICNIC PAVILION & PARTY DECKS Located on the left field side of Trustmark Park is the Bud Light Picnic Pavilion. This area is a two-tiered corporate pavilion with picnic table seating. Groups must guarantee a minimum of 100 guests to book this area. The pavilion holds a maximum of 325 guests. Draft or package beer is available. RULES & REGULATIONS All Dream Cakes Birthday and Team Parties take place in Section 101 on the left field side of the stadium. A minimum of 10 people (max 29) at $15 each is required to book a birthday/team party. Additional tickets without the amenities may be purchased at $8 each up to three (3) days prior to the party. After that deadline, additional tickets may not be seated with the party. A $150 non-refundable deposit (credited towards the final bill) is required to book a birthday/team party. Final numbers along with the final balance must be paid in full three (3) days in advance. At this time, the entire balance becomes non-refundable. Parties must be booked seven (7) days prior to the requested party date. Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. Birthday/team party groups do not have access to the field nor will they be able to go on the field. You will receive your Fun Zone wristbands when you pick up tickets at the Trustmark Park Box Office. 7 FIELD OF DREAMS FUNDRAISERS Field of Dreams teams must be reserved in advance with the M-Braves Front Office (up to three teams booked per night). There are no additional fees to participate other than the cost of group tickets. Home Plate, Dugout or Field Level tickets must be purchased together at least three (3) days in advance. Family and friends are welcome to purchase additional tickets. Teams must meet at Customer Service on the concourse behind home plate 45 minutes prior to game time. At that time a Promo Team Member will meet the team and take them down to the warning track in front of the Braves dugout. Only coaches and players are allowed on the field. When the M-Braves are introduced, participants will accompany the players onto the field. They will stay on the field throughout the National Anthem. Following pre-game ceremonies, participants will leave the playing field and return to their seats. The Braves are eager to help your team or organization raise funds. Most people love baseball. in a few short weeks, you can easily earn over $7,500 for your group. The only startup fee is the minimum cost to print vouchers, so why not start today? Fundraisers may be booked any night except July 3/4. You ll sell Field Level vouchers for $8 each and then pay us the discounted price of $4 each or you ll sell Dugout Level vouchers for $12 and $6, respectively. You only pay us for the vouchers redeemed at the Trustmark Park Box Office. You aren t charged for any vouchers that aren t redeemed. Vouchers must be redeemed for a regular ticket at the box office during regular hours in order to gain entry to the game. Your group is responsible for printing your vouchers after it s approved by the M-Braves. All vouchers must be numbered. Only one fundraiser group per night, so be sure to book yours early! This voucher must be exchanged for actual game tickets at the Trustmark Park Box Office. Vouchers are exchanged in advance or on the night of the event. Only valid for the game listed. 8 TRUSTMARK PARK GUIDELINES SCOREBOARD BERM Gates Gates generally open to the public one (1) hour prior to game time. Season Ticket Holders are able to enter through the VIP Gate 1.5 hours prior to game time. Times are subject to change due to unexpected player rehabs, special events or special guests. Call for verification. Prohibited Items To ensure the safety of our guests, all bags will be searched before entering the stadium. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Camera tri, dual or single leg pods by non-media personnel are not allowed. Folding chairs, sticks, clubs and brooms are not permitted. Bullhorns, noise makers, beach balls and confetti are prohibited. Parking There is no charge for parking at Trustmark Park. We encourage fans to arrive early and carpool, espcially on premier nights. Foul Balls Fans are welcome to keep any foul balls hit into the stands. Please do not interfere with a ball in play, especially those fans sitting at field level. Minor League Baseball rules call for the ejection of any fans interfering with a ball in play. Smoking Trustmark Park is primarily a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses and restrooms and in all premiumseating areas. Hours of Operation On game days, the M-Braves Front Office opens at 9 AM and closes toward the end of the game (Monday-Saturday). The box office opens at Noon for most Sunday games. On non-game days, the M-Braves Front Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The offices are closed Saturdays and Sundays on non-game days. Hours may vary. Call ahead for verification. Inclement Weather The M-Braves Front Office is constantly monitoring the weather situation on game days. Trustmark Park has a professional drainage system that drains 8-10 inches of water per hour; therefore, weather-related decisions are not made until closer to game time. We will do everything we can to play the scheduled game. For the latest updates, visit the M-Braves on Facebook and Twitter or go to Rain Delays The right to postpone the game is vested in the home club. Once the game has started the umpire crew chief determines if a game should be suspended, when it can be resumed or if it should be terminated because of weather or field conditions. Official rules state that when a game has been suspended, umpires must wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game. Rainout Policy If less than five innings of a game are played, your ticket may be exchanged at the Trustmark Park Box Office for a ticket of the same price for any remaining regular-season games. If a game has gone beyond five innings and called due to rain, it is official/complete under MiLB rules. You cannot exchange those tickets for future games.
