7 Orioles REACH High Five Fundraising Program The OriolesREACH High Five Fundraising Program is a unique program designed to benefit local schools, recreation councils and other eligible non-profit organizations. Since the program s inception in 2005, the Orioles have donated more than $1.4 million to various fundraising efforts through this program. The High Five Program is the only fundraiser available that offers your group the chance to enjoy a fun-filled day or night at the Ballpark That Forever Changed Baseball. Your group can earn $5 for every ticket sold. On select Super Fundraiser dates, your group could earn as much as $7 per ticket. 2 great ways to raise funds 1. The Classic Group Outing Fundraiser groups may choose to sell tickets to a specific game. Your entire group can sit together and share the excitement of Orioles Baseball at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. 2. The Flexible Ticket Voucher Program Earn money for your organization through the flexible ticket voucher program by selling Orioles ticket vouchers, redeemable for Classic and Select games (more than 50 games). The program was easy to use ; the Orioles were always available for questions and assistance! Our group had a great time! We were also able to raise money for our organization. Sujin Lee American Heart Association The Orioles High Five Fundraising program is a terrific way to raise funds for nonprofit organizations. Through this generous program, we were able to raise vital funding for Mando for Kids, a program of the Baltimore Mandolin Orchestra, while bringing supporters together for an outstanding night at Oriole Park. The sales staff is wonderful to work with and I can t think of a better way to have fun while fundraising. 9 Pre-Game Party Facilities Make your group outing extra special by hosting a pre-game party at Oriole Park. Spaces are available for groups ranging from 25 to 1,000 guests, and all parties take place 90 minutes prior to the start of the game. Following the party, fans take their seats within the seating bowl to enjoy the excitement of Orioles Baseball. There is no room rental fee for a 90 minute pre-game party (an additional charge may apply for a longer party). A game ticket must accompany every party ticket, and seating can be selected in any area of the ballpark (based on availability). Catering is required to host a party and is based upon the quantity of party tickets purchased. Delaware North Sportservice is the exclusive caterer of Oriole Park and can be reached by calling ext Bullpen Picnic Area Situated just beyond the center field fence and overlooking Oriole Park s unique bullpen is our most popular pre-game party area. The Bullpen Picnic Grove is often shared with other groups, maximizing the capacity to 1,000 people. This outdoor park setting is perfect for enjoying some casual, outdoor ballpark fun. Guests will enjoy a festive baseball atmosphere and a clear view of the pre-game, on-field action. Ideal for groups of 25 to 45 guests Location: Club Level, adjacent to Home Plate Home Plate Lounge The Home Plate Lounge is located on the Upper Press Level of the ballpark, behind Home Plate. This indoor facility provides a view of the concourse and is a multi-functional event space. Designated Hitters Lounge The Designated Hitters Lounge is located in the Ballpark Warehouse on the 4th floor. With a great view of the playing field and Eutaw Street below, this room is perfect for any function. Ideal for groups of 60 to 130 guests Actual seating contingent upon room set-up Location: 4th Floor of the Ballpark Warehouse Camden Club The Camden Club is located on the 7th and 8th floors of the B&O Warehouse building. This space was once a year-round restaurant, but now offers a unique baseball themed setting for a business meeting or party. When renting both floors guests may travel between floors using the grand staircase or the elevators. The floors can be rented jointly or individually to accommodate your guests. Each floor can be rented individually for up to 150 guests. When renting both floors, 700 guests can be accommodated. 11 Miller Lite Flite Deck The Miller Lite Flite Deck is one of Oriole Park s most popular areas to host your group outing. Located on the Club Level in right field, this unique space offers your group a more social seating option for any afternoon or evening at the ballpark. Seating in the Miller Lite Flite Deck is comprised of drink rails and high-top tables with seating. The area contains three decks that can each accommodate a group of 24 to 30 guests. The minimum group for this space is 24 guests, with a maximum capacity of 90 guests. Each person in your group will receive a ticket to the Miller Lite Flite Deck and a $15 food and beverage credit, which can be redeemed at any concession locations inside Oriole Park. If your event is more than four weeks from the reservation date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of placing your reservation. 13 Party Suites Located on the Club Level in left field, Oriole Park s three party suites accommodate up to 75 fans. Dedicated to Orioles legends Brooks Robinson, Frank Robinson and Jim Palmer, the suites are furnished with high-back padded stools, high-top tables, HD TVs and sliding glass doors leading to the two-tiered balcony overlooking the field. Located on the exclusive Club Level Capacity ranges from 50 to 75 guests Suite rental includes game tickets and six parking passes Amenities include: Private interior (high-back stools) and exterior seating (36 seats on balcony) Climate controlled interior Flat screen televisions Private bar serviced by suite attendant Customizable bar and buffet set-up Access to suite 90 minutes prior to game and up to 60 minutes after game Pricing starts at $3,275 and varies based upon the game date. 14 Group Ticket & Party Facility A to Z Guide Cancellation Policy You may return up to 10% of your original order for a refund, no fewer than 15 days prior to your game date. Tickets must be returned to the Group Sales Department by this deadline. Refunds will be issued onto the purchasing credit card or by check. Catering Catering is provided exclusively by Delaware North Sportservice. Menus are available upon request from the Group Sales Department or Delaware North Sportservice. Clients without a credit card will be permitted to send a check within ten (10) business days of placing the reservation. Gift Certificates (Bird Bucks) Gift certificates are available for purchase through the Group Sales Department or the Box Office. They can be redeemed for future game tickets, at Oriole Park concession stands and merchandise stands. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the issue date and are available in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $20, $25 and $50. Inclement Weather The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on Orioles. com and be communicated by local media. A game-specific exchange policy will be announced at that time or shortly thereafter. Oriole Bird Visits Make your group outing extra special with an in-game visit from the Oriole Bird. Bird visits are $75 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation. There are a limited number of visits for each game. Bird visits can be arranged by calling BIRD (2473). Parking General parking is available on a day-of-game basis in Lots F, G and H for $8 (cash only) per car. Limited parking may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 (cash only) per car (subject to availability). Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing for $25. Please order at least 10 days prior to your game to allow for delivery of the parking pass. Bus parking is also available day of game for $30 (cash only). Payment Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the game. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received. Scoreboard Surprises Fans may recognize that special person s birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park s centerfield video board. Please call BIRD at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your Scoreboard Surprise. Scoreboard Surprises are $25 and subject to availability. A limited number of full video board Scoreboard Surprises are also available for $50. All proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation. Scoreboard Welcomes A Scoreboard Welcome is complimentary for all suites, parties and group of 25 or more. You may provide your group s name to your Group Sales Representative when reserving your group outing. All group names must be received at least two business days prior to the game.
