One benefit awarded per level achieved per game. Group Ticket Policies: Group Ticket Policies: Full payment is required no later than 30 days after receiving your invoice. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation for all prime games. Prime games include Opening Day, Phillies, Red Sox and select games versus the Yankees Cancellation Policy: You may return up to 10% of your original order for a refund, no fewer than 15 days prior to your game date. Tickets must be returned to the Group Sales Department by this deadline. Refunds will be issued onto the purchasing credit card or by check. Inclement Weather: The Orioles make every effort to play each game on its scheduled date. Should weather cause the postponement of the game, an announcement will be posted on Orioles.com and be communicated by local media. 5 Left Field Club All-Inclusive Picnic Perch Kids Birthday Party Package Experience one of Oriole Park s best values in the Left Field Club All-Inclusive Picnic Perch! Tickets start at $35 for groups of 12 or more on non-prime games and include: Access to the exclusive Club Level A Left Field Club seat Unlimited hotdogs, nachos, salad, peanuts, popcorn, ice cream, soda and lemonade (through the 7th inning or 3 hours after the scheduled first pitch, whichever comes first) Celebrate your child s birthday party at Camden Yards! Parties for children ages 14 and under require a minimum of 10 guests, with each guest receiving a voucher for a childsized hot dog, popcorn, drink and ice cream treat. 6 Orioles REACH High Five Fundraising Program The OriolesREACH High Five Fundraising Program is a unique program designed to benefit local schools, recreation councils and other eligible non-profit organizations. Since the program s inception in 2005, the Orioles have donated more than $1,175,000 to various fundraising efforts through this program. The High Five Program is the only fundraiser available that offers your group the chance to enjoy a fun-filled day or night at the Ballpark That Forever Changed Baseball. Your group can earn $5 for every ticket sold. Or, on select Super Fundraiser dates, your group could earn as much as $7 per ticket. 2 great ways to raise funds 1. The Classic Group Outing Your entire group can sit together and share the excitement of Orioles Baseball at Camden Yards! 2. The Flexible Ticket Voucher Program Earn money for your organization by selling Orioles ticket vouchers, redeemable for tickets to more than 60 games. Every year we provide agenda books to the entire school body and it can cost us upwards of $8,000. The games have been a great tool in raising funds for this purpose as well as getting the families together on game nights. We had other fundraisers during this period, but High Five was consistently the best, as it provided the most funds received, was the easiest to organize (the Orioles supplied all we needed to promote it), and was the most fun for the boys plus there was the night for all of us at Oriole Park! 8 Pre-Game Party Facilities Make your group outing extra special by hosting a pre-game party at Oriole Park. Spaces are available for groups ranging from 25 to 1,000 guests, and all parties take place 90 minutes prior to the start of the game. Following the party, fans take their seats within the seating bowl to enjoy the excitement of Orioles Baseball. There is no room rental fee for a 90 minute pre-game party (an additional charge may apply for a longer party). A game ticket must accompany every party ticket, and seating can be selected in any area of the ballpark (based on availability). Catering is required to host a party and is based upon the quantity of party tickets purchased. Delaware North Companies Sportservice is the exclusive caterer of Oriole Park and can be reached by calling Bullpen Picnic Area Situated just beyond the center field fence and overlooking Camden Yards unique bullpen is our most popular pre-game party area. The Bullpen Picnic Grove is often shared with other groups, maximizing the capacity to 1,000 people. This outdoor park setting is perfect for enjoying some casual, outdoor ballpark fun. 9 Garden Terrace The Garden Terrace is located on the left field upper deck with a cityscape view. The Garden Terrace may be shared with other groups if not maximized with 300 people. Ideal for groups of 25 to 300 (minimum based on game date) Location: Left Field Upper Deck Menu: Standard ballpark menu; Custom menu options available for groups greater than 100 Designated Hitters Lounge The Designated Hitters Lounge is located in the Ballpark Warehouse on the 4th floor. With a great view of the playing field and Eutaw Street below, this room is perfect for any function. Ideal for groups of 100 to 150 guests Actual seating contingent upon room set-up Location: 4th Floor of the Ballpark Warehouse Oriole Advocates Room The Advocates Room is located on the 4th floor of the B&O Warehouse and is the ideal setting for intimate business meetings and parties. Your group can experience the glory days of Orioles legends in this nostalgic space. Each guest is required to have a club level game ticket for this area. Ideal for groups of 25 to 40 guests Location: Club Level, adjacent to Home Plate Home Plate Lounge The Home Plate Lounge is located on the Upper Press Level of the ballpark, behind Home Plate. This indoor facility provides a view of the concourse and is a multi-functional event space. Camden Club The Camden Club is located on the 7th and 8th floors of the B&O Warehouse building. This space was once a year-round restaurant, but now offers a unique baseball themed setting for a business meeting or party. When renting both floors guests may travel between floors using the grand staircase or the elevators. The floors can be rented jointly or individually to accommodate your guests. The 7th floor is available for up to 225 guests. The 8th floor is available for up to 150 guests. 10 Miller Lite Flite Deck The Miller Lite Flite Deck is Oriole Park s newest area to host your group outing. Located on the Club Level in right field, this unique space offers your group a more social seating option for any afternoon or evening at the ballpark. Seating in the Miller Lite Flite Deck is comprised of drink rails and high-top tables with seating. The area contains three decks that can each accommodate a group of 24 to 30 guests. The minimum group for this space is 24 guests, with a maximum capacity of 90 guests. For $40 per person on non-prime games and $50 per person on prime games, each person in your group will receive a ticket to the Miller Lite Flite Deck and a $15 food and beverage credit, which can be redeemed at any concessions location inside Oriole Park

11 Individual Suites Entertain family, friends or clients in one of Oriole Park s individual suites: Located on the exclusive Club Level Capacity ranges from 14 to 65 guests Suite rental includes game tickets and four to six parking passes (based on size of suite) Amenities include: Private interior and exterior seating Climate controlled interior Private restroom Flat screen television(s) Wet bar Suite attendant (will check on group throughout the game) Catering is optional and can be ordered through Delaware North Companies Sportservice. If your event is more than 8 weeks from the reservation date, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of placing your reservation. If your event is within 8 weeks of the reservation date, your group will be invoiced for full payment

12 Party Suites Located on the Club Level in left field, Oriole Park s three party suites accommodate up to 75 fans. Dedicated to Orioles legends Brooks Robinson, Frank Robinson and Jim Palmer, the suites are furnished with high-back padded stools, high-top tables, HD TVs and sliding glass doors leading to the two-tiered balcony overlooking the field. Located on the exclusive Club Level Capacity ranges from 50 to 75 guests Suite rental includes game tickets and six parking passes Amenities include: Private interior (high-back stools) and exterior seating (36 seats on balcony) Climate controlled interior Flat screen televisions Private bar serviced by suite attendant Customizable bar and buffet set-up Pricing starts at $3,275 for non-prime games and $4,275 for prime games Per person catering is required and is provided exclusively by Delaware North Companies Sportservice. Food Vouchers Fans may purchase gift certificates which can be redeemed at concession stands located inside Oriole Park (see below). Gift Certificates (Bird Bucks) Gift certificates are available for purchase through the Group Sales Department or the Box Office. They can be redeemed for future game tickets, at Oriole Park concession stands and merchandise stands. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the issue date and are available in denominations of $1, $5, $10, $20, $25 and $50. Bird visits are $75 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation. There are a limited number of visits for each game. Parking General parking is available on a day of game basis in Lots F, G and H. Limited parking may be offered in Lots B and C on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Bus parking may be purchased in advance of your group outing for $25. Please order at least 10 business days prior to your game to allow for delivery of the parking pass. Bus parking is also available day of game for $30. Payment Full payment is required no later than 30 days after receiving your group invoice. Tickets will be issued once final payment has been received. Player Appearances To arrange a former player appearance for your group event at Oriole Park, please contact Jennifer Steier, Orioles Alumni Affairs Assistant, at or jsteier@ orioles.com. Scoreboard Surprises Fans may recognize that special person s birthday or anniversary on Oriole Park s centerfield video board. Please call BIRD at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your Scoreboard Surprise. Scoreboard Surprises are $25 and all proceeds will benefit the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation. Scoreboard Welcomes A Scoreboard Welcome is complimentary with your group ticket purchase. You may provide your group s name to your Group Sales Representative when reserving your ballpark outing. Subject to approval, this name will appear on the centerfield video board at the end of the 2nd inning
