4 Existing Issues Westbound right turn from US 250 onto Wilson Ave Queues 1,800 + toward Barren Ridge Road in the school AM peak hour Movement fails Level of Service E with delay of more than 75 seconds/vehicle (on average) Southbound right turn from Wilson Ave onto US 250 Queues extend to the elementary school (1,800 ) in both the AM and PM peak hours Blocks the left turn and through traffic Movement fails Level of Service F with delay of more than 90 seconds/vehicle (on average) No secondary or emergency access points 4
