5 Why Study the MN 58 Corridor? Guide planning, and future design to help create best value for all MnDOT MN 58 paving was deteriorating; fixed with 2013 Mill & Overlay MN 58 bridge inadequate; replacement in about 2017 Minor crashes, and traffic growth Pilot a Complete Streets approach to corridor studies City of Zumbrota City is growing; near 58/52 interchange, downtown, and north MN 58 bridge not adequately serving walkers and bicyclists Re-examine land use, sidewalk and trail plans, and utilities Goodhue County CSAH 10; future realignment planned near 52/58 interchange
