Supreme Session held in ndianapolis, ndiana, was enjoyed by many of our members. would like to thank all the Past Queens, Line Officers, Delegates, Egyptian Band Members, Patrol Members, and Ladies of the Household that attended with me. My special thanks go to my escorts from the Egyptian Band, our designated unit and banner bearers from the Patrol. The week was full of laughs, great food, bonding with counterparts and line officers, developing new relationships, discussion of new legislation, and wonderful unit performances. Cathy Carol Rose was installed as Supreme Queen. She arrived for installation carried by her bare-chested slaves, and with her Slave Girls keeping her cool using sis Temple s Slave Girl fans. Thank you Sandy Shafer and Gay Graper for mending our fans and making sure they made it to Supreme! Supreme Princess Royal, Karen Keuther from Buffalo, NY, Supreme Princess Tirzah, Shirley Henley from Cincinnati, OH, and Supreme Princess Badoura, Dale Obernolte from Fresno, CA were also installed. We are so fortunate to have such dedicated units! The Egyptian Band looked stunning in their new uniforms - that blue just sparkled! Their music was on point! The sis Patrol marched so professionally to one of my favorite songs! They also served by clearing chairs, escorting, and acting as Honor Guards. We missed seeing our Dancers & Pageantry, but are so thankful Sharon is recovering nicely! All Daughters of the Nile Temples contributed upwards of 3 million dollars to the Shriners Hospital for Children. Our Temple was recognized for initiating 10 new princesses last year. We were also honored for our contributions to the Daughters of the Nile Foundation. sis Temple gave $28, to the Foundation last year. We were treated to a reception where we enjoyed sweet and salty treats, beverages, and time to sit and relax! We also received a plaque with our temple name and year in recognition for our donations. And, we had our picture taken with the mperial Sir, Jerry Gantt. We are now a founding member of the Foundation Club, which includes temples giving $10,000+. walked around the whole day with a lump in my throat, so full of love and gratitude for our ladies!
