Meet Director: Lorenzo Macaluso REGISTRATION INFORMATION 1. The official entry form must be completed in its entirety. Please type or print legibly. The correct birth date and age for each gymnast must be entered on the form. 2. Please check the level and age division in which each gymnast will compete. 3. Gymnasts must be entered on the individual entry form in order to be eligible for individual and all-around awards. 4. Team awards will be given for each level: 5. Please check information carefully. Information cannot be changed once the meet begins. 6. Please send your entry forms early. The number of entries in each session is limited, and entries will be accepted in the order in which they are received. 7. There will be no refunds for scratches once a gymnast has been registered. 8. Confirmation of receipt of registration will be sent back to your gym INVITATIONAL FEES Entry fee is $75.00 per gymnast. Entry Form Deadline is January 7, 2008 or until the sessions are full.

3 INVITATIONAL INFORMATION 1. Boys will compete as of their age on September 1, 2007, in accordance with the USA Gymnastics Junior Boys program. 2. Rules and regulations governing the competition will be under the guidelines of the FIG Code of Points and USAG Junior National Program rules. 3. A team consists of the club s three (3) highest scores in each event in a division. This is not the team s three highest all-around scores, but the (3) three best event scores. There is no charge for team competition. 4. A formal opening ceremony with team signs and introductions will take place prior to the start of each round of competition. The host will furnish all signs. Please dress your team appropriately and line up, short to tall, as directed. The first boy in line will carry the team sign. 5. Warm-ups will be timed with the gymnast starting warm-up on their 2 nd competition event. 6. All teams must wear appropriate team attire. 7. Please check all information on registration forms carefully before submitting them. Information cannot be changed at the meet. 8. A coaches meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of each session. 9. Spotter at the horizontal bar, still rings, and vaulting events are required at all times as per USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic specifications. 10. Vault requirements will be per USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic guidelines. 11. It is absolutely imperative that ALL coaches on the competition floor have a valid up to date professional number and current safety certification. Please bring your pro member card with you to the meet. It will be confirmed before you are allowed on the floor. ATTIRE AND AWARDS 1. We request that all coaches be in official gymnastics attire while spotting and on the floor with their respective teams. 2. Gymnasts may not receive their awards if they are not in their gymnastics attire or warm-up suits. No awards will be presented to gymnasts in street clothes. 3. No awards will be mailed to gymnasts. We expect everyone to remain for the awards ceremony that will immediately follow the completion of competition for each division. 4. Ties will be broken by USA Gymnastics rules. Checks are payable to T.D.G.M.G., Inc. No separate checks per athlete will be accepted. Send one total check for all athletes from each gym. Valuables: Tim Daggett Gold Medal Gymnastics and Mount Holyoke College will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Accommodations: Information on the host hotel will be available soon on the TDNI page of our website. Souvenirs: A 2008 Tim Daggett National Invitational T-shirt will be available to purchase. The team order form is part of this package. Separate check made payable to TDGMG Booster Club is required. Airport Services: Bradley International Airport is located 45 minutes from Mount Holyoke College. Correspondence: Mail all forms and checks to the above address. Breakfast and luncheon items, as well as fruits, snacks and beverages, will be provided. Gymnasts are not allowed in the Coaches/Judges Hospitality Room.
