The after school Weights meeting will be in Mr. McQuinn s Middle School Art room right after school "High School and Middle School winter weights program is about to kick off. We will have a quick meeting TODAY, 11/3/2017 after school to discuss times and our program expectations. This program is open to both boys and girls who would like to improve physically and mentally whether you are involved sports or not! This is a Four day a week program that will be held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Sessions will last for only an hour a day. There will also be morning sessions for those who have after school obligations. This is not just for the betterment of our athletic programs but for the betterment of our entire school!
