2 Schedule 9:30 AM Registration Grab your cart, mulligan package and drink tickets. 11:00 AM Shotgun Start Make your way to your hole to start the competition. 5:00 PM Cocktails and Silent Auction Return to the clubhouse for drinks and charcuterie. 6:00 PM Prime Rib Dinner Enjoy a delicious dinner and dessert with friends. 7:30 PM Live Auction An opportunity to bid on exciting Simcoe-Muskoka experiences

3 Format & Rules Four Player Scramble All players tee off on each hole. Choose the best tee shot between the team. All players hit from the chosen tee shot and continue with this format until the ball is holed out. Rules Men will play from White Tees. Women will play from Yellow Tees. Shots must be played from within one club length of the original shot no nearer the hole under the same ground conditions. Two tee shots from each team member must be used within the competition. RCGA rules will govern play other than: Rule 33-8 Environmentally Sensitive Areas as defined by red stakes with green tops are to be played as a lateral hazard. RCGA Retrogression will break any ties for first place. Please bring scorecards to the Pro Shop counter when finished. Appropriate golf attire must be worn on the golf course. Please respect Oak Bay Golf Club s liquor control licence by not bringing outside beverages on the course or into the clubhouse.
