1 INFORMATION SHEET 2016 Annual NAMA Gauteng North Golf Day Event Thursday, 17 March 2016, Silver Lakes Golf Estate, Pretoria NAMA Gauteng North is proud to announce that we are hosting our THIRD golf day and proceeds from this event will be donated to Jacaranda Children s Home, Defend with Integrity Project. We gratefully invite you to participate in this exciting event by means of: Sponsoring: 1. EXECUTIVE HOLE Sponsorship: Cost : R10 000,00. Holes #3, #7, #13 and #16 are available (covered area plus toilet facilities). Own beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks. Includes a table and 2 chairs. Additional table and chairs can be ordered this will be for your own account and needs to be arranged with Silver Lakes directly. Ice box and ice can be ordered from Silver Lakes directly and will be for your own account. Includes one 4-ball team (as stated in paragraph 9). A hole sponsorship valued at advertising rights at the tee-off of that specific hole. All branding must be outdoor friendly. No indoor pull-up style banners will be erected on the golf course nor on any outdoor areas. Branding can be delivered to Silver Lakes the day before the golf day. Holes #1, #2, #4, #5, #6, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #14, #15, #17 and #18 are available. Own beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). All beverages or snacks brought in from outside Silver Lakes needs to be approved by Silver Lakes and accordingly a corkage fee will be charged by Silver Lakes. Table(s) and chairs can be ordered from Silver Lakes this will be for your own account and needs to be arranged with Silver Lakes directly. Booking will however still be necessary. The company logo will be used as a main sponsor in any golf day advertising proposed by NAMA Gauteng North region. Branding opportunity at the Silver Lakes clubhouse and in the venue for the prize-giving function as the main sponsor. Included in any radio advertisement prior to the NAMA Gauteng North golf day. Logo to be placed in the advertisement regarding the NAMA Gauteng North golf day in the local newspaper. Company logo to be placed on the NAMA website with a link to their website. Logo to be included in all NAMA Facebook entries regarding the NAMA Gauteng North golf day. The company will get one free advertisement in the NAMA Newsletter after the golf day. The company will have the opportunity to have an exhibitors table at no cost at all the NAMA Gauteng North seminars during 2016 and their brochures will be included in the delegate handouts of the day. 4. 6 8. Sponsorship of PRIZES: It would be appreciated if you could sponsor prizes for the four-ball alliance competition winners (4 identical prizes). We are planning for 15 team winning prizes = 60 prizes. Your company s name will be displayed as a Sponsor at the prize-giving function. Your company s logo will be published on the NAMA website ( until the end of The cost to attend the prize-giving function is excluded and need to be booked and paid for in Playing: 9. FOUR-BALL to play in the Golf Day: Cost : R4 500,00. Includes: o A four-ball (4 Players) of your choice. o 2 x golf carts (compulsory). o One Spotter per 4-ball team (compulsory). o Halfway House. o Dinner at the prize-giving function for the 4-ball team. The cost for any additional people to attend the prize-giving function is excluded and need to be booked and paid for in Your team or company name and cell phone numbers must be submitted on the entry form. This is to confirm entrance at the security gates of Silver Lakes. A logo of the 4-ball team needs to be ed to lizbe@namagolfday.co.za with the entry form. Attending: 10. DAY VISITOR: Welcome to join us for the day and walk with your team. Expenses during the day will be for your own account. Registration to attend is compulsory for entrance purposes at Silver Lakes. No access will be allowed without prior notice to Silver Lakes Security. 11. PRIZE-GIVING Function: Cost per person to attend : R350,00. Booking and payment before the golf day is necessary. The function will start approximately at 18:30. Drinks at the function will be for your own account. No access will be allowed without prior notice to Silver Lakes Security. Page 6 of 10

7 Competition Rules: The competition is a four-ball alliance the two best scores to count throughout the 18 holes, based on American Scramble points with a Shotgun start. Registration: Registration from 09:00 to 10:00. Tee-off Time Shotgun start scheduled for 11:00. Acknowledgement: All sponsorships will be recognised on the golf day and at the prize-giving function. Silver Lakes Dress Code: Headwear Shirts Trousers Shorts / Skirts Socks Shoes Gentlemen Traditional golf hats or peak caps. Caps to be worn with peak forward. Traditional collared or crew neck golf shirts to be tucked into trousers at all times. Traditional long or short golf trousers with belt or clasp. Formal ¾ length golf trousers may be worn. Short socks and anklets must be predominantly white. Only closed heel golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted. Ladies Traditional golf hats or peak caps. Caps to be worn with peak forward. Traditional collared or crew neck golf shirts. Sleeveless golf shirts may also be worn. Traditional long or short golf trousers with belt or clasp. Formal ¾ length golf trousers may be worn. Mid-high length golf skirts/shorts. Short socks and anklets must be predominantly white. Only closed heel golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted.
