4 Price Rates Individuals & Clubs This booklet details the charges for individuals and clubs, which apply across enjoyleisure s facilities during the financial year for 2017/18 Unless otherwise stated, throughout the pages of this booklet the "" charge applies to: Senior Citizens over 60 years Persons under 18 years Commercial Lets Commercial Let prices are given on application, are subject to approval and may include a surcharge of up to 150%. Prices will be subject to VAT at standard rate. Young Scot Card Holder Discounts Holders of Young Scot Cards are eligible for a 10% discount on the appropriate charge rate i.e. the reduced rate for Young Scot card holders in full time secondary education and full rate charges for others at the following facilities:- Swimming Pools,, Community Centres, Tennis Courts, Bowling and Putting Greens and Pitch and Putt Courses. Sports Award Scheme Holders of the Sports Awards Pass are entitled to free entry when the facility to be used is directly associated with the individual's main sport. The Sports Award Pass holder also gains complimentary entry to the Bodyworks Gyms, Performance Gym and Swimming Pool during public open hours. Age restrictions and gym induction rules apply. Students Students in full time education (with relevant ID) are entitled to receive the "" rate for Swim Sessions, Gym Sessions, Health Suite and Racket Sports (badminton, squash, table tennis). When more than one person is engaging in the same activity (Racket Sports) a minimum of 50% of the attendees must have relevant Student ID in order to receive the discount. East Lothian Council Employees East Lothian Council Employees (with relevant ID) are entitled to receive the "" rate for Swim Sessions, Gym Sessions, Health Suite and Racket Sports (badminton, squash, table tennis). When more than one person is engaging in the same activity (Racket Sports) a minimum of 50% of the attendees must have relevant ELC ID in order to receive the discount. 4 of 29

Leisure Pass If you are looking to participate in sports & leisure activities frequently consider purchasing a Leisure Pass, which entitles bearers to a 20% discount off admission prices. T&C apply. Not all activities within the s are eligible for the discount. 6 Eligibility Criteria Access to Leisure East Lothian Council s Access to Leisure scheme is available people in the following categories and allows use of the Sports Facilities at discounted rates. Monday to Friday 9am 4.45pm (last admission 4.30pm) admission is charged at 1 per session. Out with these hours, Access to Leisure card holders gain entry to activities at the Reduced Rate. A discount of 20% off the reduced rate is applied for Junior and Senior cardholders. NB: When more than one person is engaging in the same activity, e.g. badminton/squash/tennis, a minimum of 50% of the attendees must have an Access to Leisure Card in order to receive the discount. Cancellations: enjoyleisure reserves the right to cancel a course depending upon numbers booked and cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings, holiday entitlement or expenses incurred. Should a course be cancelled by enjoyleisure, a place in the next available course will be offered. If this is not suitable a full refund will be given. Should you, the customer need to cancel your position within a course the following charges and timescales apply: o Within 14 days of the start date - 25 admin fee o Within 7-13 days of the start date - 25% of course fee o Within 2 6 days of the start date 50% of course fee o Within 48 hours of start and non-attendance no refund given. CPD Courses Periodically enjoyleisure offers a number of additional Continued Professional Development Courses, sometimes via 3rd party suppliers. Course prices will vary depending on the nature of the course and will be detailed in the booking information.
