1 Please help me by talking with your tournament partner to ensure that he or she is seeing these s BANQUET GENERAL INFORMATION Location - Grand Lagoon Yacht Club Thursday Nov 1, 5:00 pm If you are a golfer in the 4 day tournament, your ticket cost was included with the tournament cost. Many of you ordered tickets for guests so we are expecting a great crowd. The purpose of this event is to do a couple of things. 1. Allow us to share a night of food and entertainment. 2. Raise money for charity by the sale of raffle tickets for a chance to win some fabulous door prizes. RAFFLE TICKETS Ticket cost is $1.00 per ticket and will be sold at the door. Cash sales only please You will be issued 1 ticket per $1.00 spent. Purchased tickets will be entered into a drawing for all door prizes. Most folks buy $20.00 or more and all proceeds from RAFFLE tickets sales is donated to Warriors for Freedom and Folds of Honor. DOOR PRIZES- All door prizes are donated from our sponsors. All tournament golfers will receive an envelope labeled Banquet Dinner Tickets which includes tickets for you and your guests. Additionally, if you ordered Roasted Chicken, you will be given a table top tent named Roasted Chicken. To help us get you seated and served a little faster, bring your Banquet Envelope to the Banquet with you. 1. Give you tickets to Cheryl or Lesley at the door but 2. Keep your Roasted Chicken table tent and place it on the table where you plan to sit. The Dinner Orders have been submitted based on the communication that I received this past week. The Chef will only be preparing the number of plates that I requested so at this point, there will be no changes to the orders unless you call me immediately and tell me what I got wrong.
