Important dates to remember are the NSW Country Championships on 29th August at Parkes Showground. This year we have included a funkana ring plus the open Hack and Hunter Rings. All results will be forwarded to the RAS for consideration. Also, the Australian Saddle Pony National Show has been moved to Hawkesbury Showground on 31st October in conjunction with the Riding Pony Society who will be holding their Annual State Show on Saturday (30 October) and the ASPA National Show on Sunday so there will be two shows on the one weekend. All programs are can be downloaded from the website. The Judges for the ASP National are Helen Burns, Maryjane Mitton and Stephanie Pinton who are all from Victoria. ANNUAL GENERAL MEEETING: Is to be held on Sunday 18th July at Richmond Club on the corner of Francis Street & Bosworth Street Richmond..The AGM will be held at 11am. We encourage members to join the committee - nominations are now being accepted. News from Members Corvan Park Stud is proud to announce the arrival of Uhavta Giovarni he will be standing at stud for the season at Corvan Park Stud in Peak Hill, Gino is kindly on lend from Uhavta Stud at Swan Hill. The star of the stables is undoubtedly Bamborough September Song who has won at least one Champion at every major show she has attended since November 09. He was also victorious at the NSW All Welsh Show 09, winning his 3yr class and Reserve Champion Junior Gelding. Our newcomer, Bamborough Memorize has done very well with limited showing, winning Runner Up Newcomer Ridden Part Welsh at NSW All Welsh Show 09, Reserve Champion Led Part Welsh Gelding and APSB/RP Gelding at APSB Nationals 09, and Top 6 Newcomer Pony Hack at Macquarie Bank 09. I would like to thank Christinne Stevenson for her amazing work and making the ponies look a million dollars, Alex Stevenson for driving us all around the country, Jill and Robert Grant for all their wonderful support, and Amie Harrison from Champions Choice Browbands for her impeccable browbands. The second half of 2010 promises to be as successful as the first half, with our team growing to include Bamborough
