4 Rules and Regulations 1. All horses MUST BE registered Australian Stock Horses. Copies of Papers must accompany entries. 15. It is suggested that all Parents and volunteers have current Working with Children (WWCC). Please provide copy with entries. 2. All Riders must be Financial Members. Copies of membership must accompany entries. 3. Copies of ASHLA membership must also be sent if applicable. 4. Entries, Camping and Stabling must be prepaid. 5. Entry fee Youth $6.00, Open $7.00 unless otherwise stated. 6. ALL competitors under 18 years of age must wear an approved helmet at all times while handling a horse. 7. The committee reserves the right to alter or delete from the program at any time. 8. Warm up areas will be in designated areas only. 9. Ribbons to 5 th place. 10. Each horse can be used in one age group only in Youth program. 11. The Judge s decision is FINAL. 12. The Show will be run under ASH RULES and REGULATIONS July 2018 version. These Shows can t be run without Sponsors PLEASE take the time to THANK & SUPPORT our many Sponsors. 13. Under NO circumstances are Youth to ride or handle Stallions or Colts at 2018 State Youth Show. Due to the Breeders Championships being held in conjunction, Stallions and Colts are permitted, but must be stabled in Stallion boxes or panel yards (not wooden yards). Stallions or Colts must not be handled or ridden in Rings 4 or 5 (Youth Rings). 14. NO ELECTRIC FENCES ARE ALLOWED. Stables are available for booking or exhibitors may use own panels.
