At the January 'town hall' meeting for Billingsley Creek the state parks representatives made public a working partnership exploration between Hagerman Fossil Beds and Idaho State Parks.

It is hoped that if there is a visitor center built at Billingsley, one planned to be a regional hub for tourism information, that the National Park Service could potentially work with the Idaho
