Entries : Quota in accordance with the FIE rules. Entries via the FIE website. Participating fencers need a FIE license for the season. 6. Entry Fees : 15 EUR/fencer for competition must be paid on arrival. 7. Accreditations : Please us a passport-sized photo of each participant (officials and athletes) for making ID cards by Friday, 18 September 2015, for example, THA_Athlete_Lastname_firstname.jpg or THA_Official_ Lastname_firstname.gif 8. Formula : According to the rules of FIE. 9. Anti-doping Control : Anti-doping Control will be done according to the rules of the FIE. 10. Equipment : The fencers must have equipment in accordance with the FIE rules. 11. Referee : The number of FIE A or B Grade referees (cf. t.35) that must accompany teams to junior A Grade competitions is: 1 4 fencers No obligation to provide a referee 5 9 fencers 1 (one) referee 10 or more fencers 2 (two) referees For junior A Grade competitions, the name(s) of the referee(s) must be notified via the FIE website 7 days before the competition (midnight, Lausanne time). If any federations are unable to provide the required number of at least 1 referee based on the quota, a referee penalty of 1,000 Euro/referee will be imposed. (cf. o.86)

General Information : (a) Currency: Thailand unit of currency is the Thai Baht. Foreign currency can be exchanged freely at banks, hotels, the airport and most big shopping malls. Current exchange rate is approximately 33 baht for $1 USD. Major credit cards are widely accepted in most places. (b) Bangkok City: Please visit website at or FYI. (c) Entry Formalizations All passengers entering Thailand must possess valid passports. Participants are recommended to check with local Thailand Embassies for visa applications before traveling. The organizing committee will take care of the necessary formalities has to be received by the Organizing committee not later than Tuesday, 1 September (d) Weather & Dress: Thailand has a warm and humid climate throughout the year with a daily average temperature range of 24 C to 32 C. There may be isolated to scattered late morning and early afternoon showers during the competition period. Light clothing made from natural fabrics like cotton is best for everyday wear. (e) Water & Electricity: It is safe to drink water straight from the bottled mineral water in Thailand. However, for those who prefer bottled mineral water, any supermarket will have ample stocks. Thailand's voltage is volts AC, 50 Hz. The power plugs used in Thailand are of the two-pin, square shaped types. (f) Smoking: Smoking in all air-conditioned public places (including education institutions) is against the law and subject to a 2,000 baht fine. Smoking is also prohibited in all covered areas, including shopping centers, restaurants, cafes and bars (some are allowed to set up special smoking rooms). Smoking is also banned in outdoor eateries, coffee shops, canteens and cafes (some areas are set aside for smoking).
