1 2018 VIRGIN AUSTRALIA SUPERCARS CHAMPIONSHIP RACES 3, 4, 5 AND 6 CAMS PERMIT NUMBER: 818/2503/01 FURTHER SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS FOR SUPERCARS 1.1 SUPERCARS OFFICIALS Delete Supplementary Regulations and replace with the following: Safety Car Communicator: TBA Sandra Peachey 1.2 PADDOCK STORAGE Due to limited space in the Supercars paddock, no roll cabs or travel cases etc; are permitted to be stored in the Supercars paddock. 1.3 GOLF BUGGIES All golf buggies must be road registered Each Team will receive one (1) buggy pass with their accreditation pack. 1.4 ACCREDITATION OFFICE The AGPC motorsport accreditation office is located at Gate 10, accessible off Fitzroy Street, onto Lakeside Drive, then left onto Village Green Drive. The entrance to the office is on the first left, upon turning on to Village Green Drive Opening hours are as follows: Monday 19 March 09:00 14: Tuesday 20 March 07:30 18: Wednesday 21 March 06:30 18: Thursday 22 March 06:30 18: Friday 23 March 07:00 12: ACCREDITATION CARDS AND ACCESS Additional information for Supplementary Regulation is as follows: Only AAA, VIP and TEAM Supercars Series cards will allow access to the Event outside the following times: Thursday 22 March 10:00 20: Friday 23 March 09:00 20: Saturday 24 March 1 20: Sunday 25 March 10:00 20: ACCESS TO PADDOCK In addition to Supplementary Regulation All Team transporters must be parked up in their allocated position by 10:30hrs on Tuesday 20 th March Teams will be permitted to unload transporters from 13:00hrs on Tuesday 20 th March Virgin Australia Supercars Championship Further Supplementary Regulations Page 1 of 7

2 1.7 TEAM SIGNAGE PIT LANE In addition to Supplementary Regulation Teams will be permitted boom signage as follows: A height of 300mm (H) maximum; Only black or white is permitted as the background colour; Only the car number is permitted to be displayed, in a colour of the Teams choice. 1.8 EVENT RIDES Teams undertaking Event rides are permitted to use an additional four (4) 2018 soft Control Tyres during the Event ride session only These tyres must be marked by Dunlop prior to the Event ride session These tyres are in addition to the Event tyre allocation. 1.9 PIT LANE WALKS Team garages are required to be open with tensa barriers in position for the following Pit Lane walk sessions: Thurs 22 Mar Session #1 09:00 1 Session #2 14:00 14:30 Session #3 18:30 19:30 Fri 23 Mar Session #3 1 10:35 Session #4 14:25 14:55 Sat 24 Mar Session #5 11:20 11:50 Session #6 16:00 16:40 Marshal Pit Lane Walk 19:30 20:30 Sun 25 Mar Session #7 12:30 13:00 Session #8 14:40 15: TYRE ALLOCATION AND USAGE Delete Rule D and replace with the following: D There is no requirement to hand back tyres at this Event COMPULSORY PIT STOPS As per Schedule A2 of the operations manual for the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit, CPS requirements is a minimum of two (2) tyres Teams are permitted to refuel in races 3 and 5, during their CPS if required PIT STOP BAY A Teams Pit Bay is required to be located in the following position: the left-hand side markings of the Pit Bay area is not permitted to be closer than 2.4m to the yellow line delineating the fast lane from the working lane PIT CREW ACCESS ON GRID Tyre equipment will be permitted in the Formula 1 Pit Lane, as advised over RMC Teams will not be permitted to access the grid prior to races, unless prior approval is granted.
