This program was provided to the SCFOD by the PGA and Short Golf. The season will include participation in putting, chipping, driving and team play. The Field of Dreams is a place where physically and developmentally disabled people can play baseball. Our baseball league is played on a non-competitive basis as we do not take score nor play competitive games. Our clinics are set up to allow players of all abilities to learn the fundamentals and basics of the sport. Everyone plays and no one is turned away regardless of their abilities. SEASON DATES: Sept 28th- Nov 16th LEAGUE DAYS: Adult baseball is on Fridays from 5-6 pm SEASON LENGTH: 8-Week season WHO PLAYS: Boys and girls ages 18+, Able-bodied (Buddies) and special needs players. WHERE: Space Coast Field of Dreams, 3053 Fell Road, West Melbourne, FL WHATS INCLUDED: All sporting equipment is provided by the league. SCFOD team Jersey is included in your registration fee. Each player also receives a team medal and certificate at the end of the season in our closing ceremonies.
