5 WATER SYSTEM~ The El Paseo de San Antonio Ranch is perhaps one of the best watered ranches in West Texas. The ranch is well watered by two solar powered wells and two with electric submersible pumps. The water is distributed via an extensive pipeline system to strategically placed cisterns and water troughs in all pastures, traps and each of the corrals as well as numerous earthen tanks providing excellent water during the rainy season. CARRYING CAPACITY~ This ranch has consistently and conservatively been operated for decades by previous owners as a 500 to 550 animal unit ranch depending on rainfall and the owner s preference in stocking rate and pasture management. The ranch is currently stocked with approx. 500+/- Brangus cross cattle. No livestock or rolling equipment to be conveyed with this sale. PASTURES AND CORRALS~ The ranch is well divided into 6 major pastures and numerous traps and holding lots. Over the years the ranch has been fenced with combination barbed wire on cedar or railroad tie post, others with barbed wire over net wire, and two newer cross fences with five strand barbed wire on steel post. There is a large set of shipping and working corrals with loading chute in the heart of the ranch with seven paddocks, long alley, expensive steel paneled circular chute with squeeze chute. The corrals are currently being improved as time allows.

6 TERRAIN~ The terrain of the ranch varies from broad tobosa grass and grama grass flats with deep soils and shallow overflow draws on the west 1/2 of the ranch changing to grama grass covered rolling hills and draws to broad shallow canyons and volcanic outcropping and scenic low mountainous terrain on the east 1/2 of the ranch along the Scenic Loop Highway. WILDLIFE~ The El Paseo de San Antonio Ranch has always been operated primarily as an operating cattle ranch with little emphasis on hunting. However, it offers exceptional hunting for blue quail, mourning and whitewing dove hunting during migrations. The ranch offers hunting for desert mule deer, pronghorn antelope, aoudad sheep and predators. The ranch also offers recreational opportunities and enjoyment for four-wheeling, photography of landscapes, plant life, and native and migratory birds and raptors.
