2 LOCATION: The Rocky Water Ranch is located approximately 4 miles South of Hico, Texas, on US-281 and Hamilton CR 207, approximately 80 miles Southwest of Ft. DESCRIPTION: Rocky Water Ranch is an exceptional recreational property featuring trophy whitetail deer hunting, outstanding wildlife habitat, scenic hill top views, Honey Creek, Dry Fork, numerous ponds, and multiple wet weather branches. The ranch has not been hunted since that time and the deer have been left undisturbed for the last 6+ years! WATER: Over 2+/- miles of Honey Creek, a major limestone bottom creek, meanders through the ranch and generally holds good pools of water even in the driest conditions. 1+/- mile of Dry Fork, a wet weather branch tributary, traverses the ranch and intersects Honey Creek in the northeast portion of the ranch.
