11 Beefmaster Breeders United Voluntary Classification Guidelines: Cattle are visually inspected by a BBU field representative for desirable traits. Each animal is classified according to BBU's Standards of Excellence. Any bull or female in the "U" category will be so designated on the BBU Certificate of Breeding along with the date and initials of the BBU field representative. To be presented for a "U" classification, males and females must be a minimum of 8 months with no upper age limit. Classification of Certified Beefmaster cattle is $5.00 per head or $ per stop, whichever is greater. Any bull or female in the "X" category will be removed from the registry by BBU's office and so noted by correspondence to the member. BBU will not charge the member a classification fee for an "X" animal. Bulls must have a yearling scrotal measurement (taken between days of age) of at least 30 cm to meet the "U" qualification. A measurement of 34 cm is the objective. All cattle presented for classification must have permanent identification and must be certified or an application for certification must be presented to the field representative. To receive a number score all animals must have a U classification. All animals (male and female) aged 13 months and up may be presented for U classification and number scores for conformation and underline, with the stipulation that if the animal is seen later in a BBU Approved or Sanctioned Sale it is subject to reclassification by the BBU field service representative at the sale (at no charge). Only fishing licenses are needed. 3.Kimberly and I will host the weekend which will include meals, drinks & entertainment (Boat rides, wave runners & etc.) 4.The house has 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms and satellite tv. Kimberly and I will be staying in one bedroom so 2 couples or a family of 4 will work well. We have an upstairs playroom with 2 pullout beds and a private bathroom if extra room is needed. 5.The best crappie fishing starts in May and runs through late September, although the heat of the summer can make for tough fishing.
