2 The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society wishes to thank you for exhibiting at the Show this year. There have been a few changes to the classification and programme; please refer to the schedule. The Society wishes to ensure that all exhibitors enjoy their experience at the Show, so here are a few points which might help alleviate any problems during the event: Rules - All exhibitors must be fully cognizant with the Society s rules and regulations. Payment - No entry will be accepted without payment. Any exhibitor whose cheque is returned from the bank, may have their entry/ies cancelled for the Show. - Ticket Allocation - Please refer to regulation 16 in the Livestock schedule for your ticket entitlement. Any additional tickets you require will need to be paid for, these can be ordered by completing the back page. Duplicate Tickets - No duplicate tickets will be issued if they have been lost; exhibitors will be charged for any replacements. Extra Vehicle Passes - Exhibitors are restricted to booking one additional vehicle pass, which will be charged at 25. A letter should be submitted with the entries stating the reason that the extra pass is required. Please ensure that your travel arrangements have been made well in advance of the Show in order to avoid problems closer to the event. Late entries - Late entries will not be accepted. You are advised to send your entries in as soon as possible and do not delay posting them until just before the closing date. Post - Due to the level of entries received, the Society is unable to inform you whether your entry has been received until it has been processed. Therefore you are advised to send your entries by recorded delivery especially if sent close to the closing date. Entries - Please note that no entries will be accepted by fax or ; only posted or delivered entries will be processed. All entries hand delivered on the first day of entries will be post marked the second day to be fair to all. Responsibility - The catalogued exhibitor will be held accountable for any misbehaviour by themselves or by any person(s) involved with the handling and preparing of their animals whilst on the Showground. Classes Entered - Please double check the classes you have entered before sending your entries, as it will not be possible to transfer classes after the closing date of entries. Incorrectly filled in forms have resulted in many exhibits not being able to attend the Show in the past. Caravans - The Internal caravan park has a limited number of spaces therefore not all cattle exhibitors will be guaranteed a space in this caravan park. Requests will be dealt with based on the number of entries and the date of entry.

Subject to availability, a bed can be reserved at the following rates for the nights of July per bed, including breakfast (including VAT). There will be an additional charge of 55 per bed for exhibitors wishing to stay on Saturday night (21 July 2018). 2. Please note that exhibitors will be required to check in to their rooms no later than 11.00pm on Sunday 22 July. After checking in, exhibitors may come and go as they please. ARDDANGOSWYR GWARTHEG BÎFF / BEEF CATTLE EXHIBITORS 1. Passports see schedule for further details. 2. The cattle stalls are approximately 1.22m (4ft). At least one stall should be booked per animal attending the Show (a calf stall must be booked for any calf that is over SIX months old on the first day of the Show). 3. Exhibitors are restricted to booking a maximum of 10 stalls to include any calf stalls. 4. Exhibitors are not allowed to book stalls for storing tack. ARDDANGOSWYR GWARTHEG GODRO / DAIRY CATTLE EXHIBITORS 1. Exhibitors can book a maximum of 10 stalls to include a tack stall. 2. Every exhibitor must book and pay for one tack stall even if only entering 1 or 2 animals; no refund will be issued for the tack stall.
