Lists f the statins requirements are attached. The kids will have a punch card with the statins listed and after ging thrugh the statin crrectly a ski instructr will punch their card and they can g nt the next statin. The child will turn this punch card in t the Ski Schl Desk each week. Then the grup ffice will return these punch cards t the grup leader and give back t the student. 3 Lessns sharp Alpine Valley After Schl Prgram It is yur chice as t which day and time yur grup meets (Tuesday Friday). RESERVATIONS: Please call Alpine Valley n the selected ski day befre 1:00PM. Call (248) When arriving at Alpine Valley, nly the grup leader will be allwed t make any last minute changes, sign, and pay fr their grup in the main ffice. It is yur respnsibility t cunt all tickets, rentals, and lessns. Yu are agreeing that what is written n the invice is crrect. Once the grup leader cashes ut, there will be ABSOLUTELY n mre adding/subtracting lift tickets, rentals and lessns. If a grup member des nt buy a ticket frm their Grup Leader, Alpine Valley Ski Schl will nt sell tickets, lessns and rentals at the desk. The student r parent will need t pay full price at the ticket windw. REMINDER: If a child chses nt t participate in the After Schl Prgram, they have the ptin t purchase the All Area ticket with n lessn. Grups pay by cash r check nly t Alpine Valley. Grup leader is respnsible fr any returned checks ($35 fee will apply if this ccurs). Grup leader please put schl/grup name n all checks. Grup rates may nt be cmbined with ther discunt prgrams. A schl/grup sign n yur table helps students and parents t identify yu. Please infrm yur grup f the times yu will be distributing tickets, lessns, and rentals. Rental: It is mandatry that all students renting equipment have a rental disclaimer cntract filled ut and signed by a parent r guardian. These cntracts need t be turned in t the main ffice. 6 Leader name After Schl Prgram The fllwing is a list f activities that shuld be dne at each statin. We keep ur teaching cnsistent s it makes sense t students when they mve frm statin t statin. Our gal is t prvide a safe and fun envirnment fr learning t take place. The lcatin f each statin will depend n crwds and snw cnditins. We will use a punch card system, but will be separated between Advanced and Regular (lwer) levels. The Advanced levels are Statin six thrugh eight. The Regular (lwer) levels are Statin ne thrugh five. Statins six thrugh eight will nly be able t d ne class per week. They can t mve up that same night.
