2 THE BP SNOW PARK PROJECT 2015 marked the expansion of Boarder Pass into the winter action sports market with the launch of the BP Snow Park Project, the first winter cable park in Canada. The purpose of the BP Snow Park Project is to revolutionize the winter action sports industry by breaking down the barriers of accessibility to skiing and snowboarding in order to create an achievable entry point for the average person. Our long term goal is to bring these sports to communities across the country that are cold enough to have or make snow all winter but do not have ski hill or resort access. This project was in the works for a very long time and it took a large amount of cooperation and preparation to execute. Lambton College in Sarnia, Ontario was gracious enough to allow the park to be set up directly on their campus. This was a feat unto itself as not many Educational Facilities are this progressive with what they provide as a campus service. With the support from Lambton College, the Carpenters Union and Sarnia Snow Fest we can proudly say the BP Snow Park Project of 2015 was indeed a complete success. Moving forward in 2016, The BP Snow Park Project is something we are extremely excited about. We have already begun preparations to make the park bigger and better for everyone this coming winter and we are working hand in hand with Sarnia Snow Fest to bring a unique major winter event to the city and Lambton College which will focus on getting the community outdoors and active in the long winter months. 4 WEEKEND SPONSORSHIP OPTION Boarder Pass Snow Parks would like to offer local companies and groups the opportunity to sponsor each of the 4 Saturdays in February, The purpose of the BP Snow Park is getting people outdoors and active in the winter months and this sponsorship is a great way for local businesses and groups to get on board and help us to persuade the community to step outdoors and see what Sarnia has to offer in these cold months. The details of the sponsorship are presented below. We always welcome input and no details are ever set in stone. FREE FEBRUARY - $1,000 - Allows the public to access the Snow Park anytime during regular operating hours on 1 of the 4 Saturdays in February Includes all rental gear (ie snowboards, skis, tubes, helmets, etc) Includes radio advertising promoting the day. ( This Day brought to you by X Sponsor ) Includes Print Media Advertising in local Sarnia Publications ( This Day brought to you by X Sponsor ) Includes social media and website promotion through all Boarder Pass Canada Channels. ( This Day brought to you by X Sponsor ) Includes banner placement on site for duration of season Sponsor is encouraged to be available on site during day of sponsorship. (Set up information and display booth to promote sponsor business and or products) Purpose is to create a fun social atmosphere for the community to get outside and enjoy the winter activities available at the Snow Park. ADDED BONUS For participating in FREE FEBRUARY as a sponsor you will receive a staff and/or friends/family party. Which will include a free 3 hour party to be used at either our summer or winter location in Sarnia. [4]

6 STUDENT ACCESSIBILITY SPONSORSHIP The options below are basic outlines of what we would like to offer the Lambton College students with the help of community sponsors. The three options represent different levels of access we can provide to the park. Ideally we would like to see these options shared amongst multiple sponsors. This money would allow us to cover our insurance and the cost of staffing the park over the course of the winter months based on a 10 week projected season. Most importantly, the snow gear which we are hoping to purchase, would allow Lambton students without access to outdoor winter gear, to come out and enjoy the park as well. We learned last year that there were many students who wanted to come and try the park but were unable to deal with the cold weather due to SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS not owning proper winter attire. This trend was very prevalent amongst the international students. Many of them were excited to come and experience the cable park but a vast majority waited until it was much warmer. Of those that did come it was rare to see anyone who owned a winter jacket, let alone hats, mittens, and snow pants. The extra money we are asking for will allow us to work with a few of our sponsors in order to provide a size run of coats, snow pants, and gloves to be available for anyone who comes to the snow park. The use of this outdoor gear would be at no extra charge to the participant and at the end of the season it could be given away to those in need of it or to a charity of your choosing. OPTION 1 - $15,000 - Total FREE access to Snow Park Allows all students to access the Snow Park anytime during regular operating hours 7 days a week. Includes all rental gear (ie snowboards, skis, tubes, helmets, etc) Allows us to purchase outdoor gear for International students and/or any student who does not own winter attire. Ensuring all students have the ability to enjoy the facilities. Includes banner placement, social media/print media ad space. Includes 5 college nights to be operated on the off weeks of pub nights. Purpose is to create a fun social atmosphere for students to get outside and enjoy the winter activities available at the Snow Park. OPTION 2 - $ Any Weekday All Day, All Night Allows students to have full FREE access to the Snow Park any weekday. Includes all rental gear (ie snowboards, skis, tubes, helmets, etc) Allows us to purchase outdoor gear for International students and/or any student who does not own winter attire. Ensuring all students have the ability to enjoy the facilities. Includes banner placement, social media/print media ad space. Includes 3 college nights to be operated on the off weeks of pub nights. Purpose is to create a fun social atmosphere for students to get outside and enjoy the winter activities available at the Snow Park. OPTION 3 - $7,500 3 Days / Week All Day, All Night Free services available to students all day and night from Monday to Wednesday Includes all rental gear (ie snowboards, skis, tubes, helmets, etc) Allows us to provide hats and gloves only for students to use on location. Includes banner placement, social media/print media ad space. Includes 1 college night to be operated on an off week of pub nights. Purpose is to create a fun social atmosphere for students to get outside and enjoy the winter activities available at the Snow Park. [6]
