1 INSPECTION REPORT OF THE 46TH ASIAN BODYBUILDING AND PHYSIQUE SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIPS 19TH 24TH SEPTEMBER 2012 IN GUANGZHOU, PEOPLE S REPUBLIC OF CHINA On the first day of our visit, we met Mr. Luo Jing Jun, Party Secretary and Director General of the Administration of Sports of Guanzhou Municipality and other colleagues of the CBBA and GZWBA A group photo was taken before the commencement of the dinner hosted by Mr. Luo Jing Jun for Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam. The dinner was held on 22 nd March 2012.

2 At the dinner party, Mr. Luo Jing Jun, Party Secretary and Director General of Administration of Sports of Guangzhou Municipality presented a souvenir to Datuk Paul Chua, Secretary General of ABBF and WBPF. Mr Luo Jing Jun welcomed Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam to Guangzhou and thanked them for their support and assistance rendered to the hosting of the 46th Asian Bodybuilding Championships and Congress in Guangzhou City in the month of September In reply, Datuk Paul Chua said that the Chinese are great organizers as they had already proven their ability by hosting the Asian Games in the City of Guangzhou, and he was confident that the Asian Championships will be a great success under the supervision and support coming from the Administration of Sports of Guangzhou and from the Chinese Bodybuilding Association. 3 Ms. Guan Wei Zhen, Deputy Secretary, Administration of Sports of Guangzhou Municipality and Vice-President of Sports Federation Guangzhou welcomed Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam and toasted for the success of the forthcoming 46th Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Guangzhou. (Ms Guan was also a former great World Champion Badminton player). Huang Zhigang, Secretary-General of the GZWBA welcoming Datuk Paul Chua with a toast.

4 Former World and Olympic Weightlifting Champion athlete Ms. Chen Xiexia from Guangzhou City was very happy to meet Datuk Paul Chua The Father of Bodybuilding in person during the welcome dinner. Ms. Lin Yan Fen, Deputy Secretary, Administration of Sports of Guangzhou Municipality welcoming Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam at the Tianhe Sports Centre ON 23 rd March (Note: Ms. Lin was the former great badminton champion of the world)

5 The Organizing Committee had already launched their advertising campaign of the ABBF s 46 th Asian Bodybuilding Championships inside the Tianhe Sports Centre Stadium telecasting via the LED large screens for thousands of sporting enthusiasts visiting the stadium regularly. Kudos to the Guangzhou Organising Committee for their fantastic prepublicity for the events. Wang Rui Xia, General-Secretary of the Chinese Bodybuilding Association (CBBA), Datuk Paul Chua and Deng Guangtin, Executive Vice Chairman of the Guangzhou Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Association (GZWBA) happily raising their hands of approval of the VIP seats allocated for all Executive Members of the ABBF and other officials from China.

Wang Rui Xia and Datuk Paul Chua were very pleased with facilities provided by the Guanzhou Organising Committee.

7 A meeting was organized with the Organizing Committee and they were represented by several of their top officials including Lin Yan Fen and Zou Jijun, Deputy Director of the Chinese Leisure Sports Administration of General Administration Sport of China held at the Meeting Room of the Tianhe Sports Centre Members of the Organizing Committee presented detailed information for the ABBF s 46 th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Championships by power point video presentation. Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam were very impressed.

8 Zou Jijun, Deputy Director of the Chinese Leisure Sports Administration of General Administration Sport of China from Beijing, presented nice souvenirs to Datuk Paul Chua and Christina Kam after the meeting. He said: Datuk Paul Chua is very knowledgeable about Chinese customs and with the support from ABBF, the championships will be a great success. THE HOTEL FOR THE ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP ABBF, CBBA and the Organising Committee members took a photo with the Manager of the Zhu Jiang Hotel - the official hotel for all delegates and competitors of the 46Th Asian Championships and Congress in Guangzhou, China.
