These shall be on the top of the startnumber. 3.2 Identification Competition number (two) will be issued by the organizer to each competitor. These must be affixed to the car on each front door. 4 Reconnaissance 4.1 Procedure for registration Place: Rally Headquarter Date and time: 1. Option: Friday 25. January Option: Friday 25. January 16:00 19:00 Both crew members must be present at the Registration as the administrative checks for these categories will be carried out at the same time (see Art 9.1). When registration for reconnaissance the competitor must sign an information form. Identification numbers, given at the registration shall be affixed inside the car (rear side windows) and kept visible for the whole duration of the reconnaissance period.

5 5 4.2 Schedule Reconnaissance must be carried out in accordance with the given recce time schedules. Open Stage From To SS 1 / 4 Varaldskogen 12:00 14:00 SS 2 / 5 Homsjøen 12:30 14:30 SS 3 / 6 Bæreia 14:30 17:00 See also Supplementary Regulations Appendix Speed limits during reconnaissance The maximum speed allowed during reconnaissance is 60 km/h on special stages unless otherwise indicated by traffic signs or by written instructions in the Road Book (or in bulletins). Note! Use of radar or laser detector is forbidden in Norway. 4.4 Reconnaissance car Rallycars are not allowed at reconnaissance. The car shall be marked with the competitors start number clearly visible on the right rear window. Tyres must be according to Norwegian traffic laws. Rallytyres are not allowed. 5 Scrutineering 5.1 Place and time Scrutineering will be at Norsk Scania, Kongsvinger, GPS position: N 60 O E 12 O Friday 2. February, from 17:00 after time schedule 5.2 NB!! The Service Park will not be locked and not be guarded during the night. Competitors must follow the marshals instructions regarding parking. There is trailerpark at the trotting course. 7 Refueling Refueling can only be done two times at Finnskogen Kro & Motel (Svullrya) and one time at Service Park (located after TC out). There will be 3 refuelings during the rally. 6 6 8 Environmental issues There will at the service park be separate collection of special waste, like batteries, oil etc. Competitors must cover the ground under their car with tarpaulin. Competitors are responsible for cleaning the service park and for not spilling dangerous liquids on the ground. This will be controlled. 9 Prizegiving / prizes 9.1 Place and time The prize giving will be in our Clubhouse at Kongsvinger Travbane (horsetrack), 26. January from 17:20 (Pr. Class) GPS N60 O E12 O Prizes Minimum ¼ of the competitors If two or more competitors in the same class achieve the same total time, the best time at SS1 will go ahead. If this not distinguishes, best time at SS2, SS3 and so on will count in the classification. No one can claim a prize without having completed the rally.
