1 ADULT SOFTBALL 2018 WINTER SPRINT SEASON The winter sprint season consists of a six (6) game schedule over 3 week; 2 games per week. There are no playoffs following the winter season. The season begins play the week of December 3. TEAM REGISTRATION/Submitting Team Roster and payment: Mail/bring to PH Rec s Admin Office in PH Park, 147 Gregory Lane, PH or, roster: sgeorge@pleasanthillrec.com or, Fax roster: (925) If paying with credit/debit card, call Sheila George with full team payment: Registration Registration Team Fee Begins Deadline $425 Oct. 29, 2018 Nov. 21, 2018 No refunds once a team is placed in a league. If league(s) are cancelled money will be refunded. Team Representatives are responsible for team fees. ROSTERS: Be sure all information is completed on the roster. If information is left out or your check bounces, the packet will be declared incomplete. Roster additions must be made before 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, prior to your game, at the District s Administrative Office by fax/ /mail/drop off with the League's "Roster Addition Form" (umpires and scorekeepers do not handle roster changes. Teams must carry a minimum of ten (10) players on a roster to register and maximum of twenty (20) players. TEAM REP MEETING/RULES: Rules, regulations, schedules and information will be discussed and handed out at the team representatives meeting to be held: Wednesday, November 28, 2018, 6:15 pm s; Administration Office Conference Room 147 Gregory Lane, PH BATS: MULTIPLE WALLED BATS ARE OUTLAWED IN ALL MEN'S AND CO-ED "D", "C/D" & "E" LEAGUES. That includes all double, triple, quadruple or additional walled bats. ALL bats that have an interior or exterior wall/shell/casing/etc, or any description that can be considered as more than one wall are outlawed in our lower leagues. THERE ARE OTHER OUTLAWED BATS FOR ALL LEAGUES, ALONG WITH AN APPROVED BAT LIST FOR OUR "D" & "E" LEAGUES, THAT WILL BE EXPLAINED AT TEAM REPRESENTATIVES MEETING. Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District reserves the right to make FINAL JUDGMENT on TEAM PLACEMENT and does not guarantee placement of any team.
