Some Crews right now are working 7:00-7:00. Hard Hats and Vests must be worn at all times while onsite (Hard Hats and Vests are available at Construction Trailer for Visitors. Visitors are asked to park outside of construction Fence along the north side of 5 th Street. No Injuries to Report. Schedule: 9/14/16 Number of days lost due to weather: 12 total Concrete working on Area E Foundations Earthwork Working on Backfilling Area A to E connection and bringing in fill for SOG Masons working on mezzanine walls and Locker Rooms Steel Erectors finishing Detail work on Area A then moving to Area B Joist Plumbers will begin rough in for Area A and finish Rough In for Area C Electricians working on rough ins for new block walls Exterior Steel Stud Framing has begun in Area A and will continue into next week. Work Force: Peak Workforce in the past week was 38. Page 1

Old Business: Item Description Action By 1.01 Dust Control 8/31/16: Water truck being used as needed. 8/24/16: Water truck being used to control dust Equipment Coordination Meeting 08/31/16: General Layout will be needed by mid September to locate electrical boxes. 08/17/16: Need to make sure the electric boxes will be in the correct locations Exterior Brick Mock-Up 09/14/16: Brick Mock up ready for review. Zerr Berg Reviewed mock up and approved. Noted weeps should be gray in color. 09/07/16: Block arrived late is onsite not but mock up is not complete 08/31/16: Block being delivered 9/1 mock up will be ready 9/7/16 McGough Team Team th Street utility work 9/14/16: Bids are due on 9/21/16. 8/31/16: Was approved and is being bid out at this time work planned for this fall. 08/24/16: Meeting to approve tomorrow for work to happen this fall yet. Travis will keep us informed Tree Roots Area E 09/14/16: Plan is to meet next Wednesday and discuss further with Terracon onsite, 09/07/16: Team will talk to Structural to get their opinion and Travis will discuss with All Vessel 08/31/16: Terracon is investigating now and RTS is going to uncover some additional area Otter Power Company Easement 09/14/16: Team will walk site and look at this today 09/07/16: Travis will look into this more and discuss in Mondays board Page 2

3 08/31/16: OPC has requested an easement on the north property line so that future service can be run to the east lot Underground Duct opening 9/14/16: Direction has been give from Heyer on how to fix and the Fix has begun 08/31/16: Location of Large Underground Duct opening in foundation vs. point loads from above.
