Letter size was given to Cheryl for recommended location/layout. 11/5/15: Nicholas will continue to look for signage letters. HGA 1/18/16 Page 2 of 4

3 10/22/15: Sean and Nicholas to continue to look. 10/01/15: Sean stated the letters are missing. He will check with Nicholas on their location. 9/10/15: DLS will be using existing signage letters at the north entry. DLS asked HGA to provide a layout for the signage Door D 105 D 1/7/16: After reviewing costs, Nicholas directed the Team to provide a pair of doors that fits within the existing 6 opening. 12/3/15: Andrew Adkins is looking at the addition of a steel beam header at new door. 11/19/15: A new pair of doors 8 wide is proposed at an existing 6 wide opening in existing masonry wall. HGA is reviewing the structural implications of widening this opening Scoping of Existing Waste Lines 1/7/16: Scoping of existing drains was completed on 12/31/16, and Nasseff will have the videos early next week to review with the Team. 12/30/15: Scoping is scheduled for Thursday 12/31/15 from 7:00 AM 3:00 PM. 12/17/15: Nasseff hasn t set a date for the scoping yet. Andy will find out and let the team know. 12/10/15: The camera malfunctioned so video is not available. It may be possible to view the video on the camera when they return. Nasseff will scope remaining lines over Christmas break and coordinate with DLS activities. It was discussed and agreed that the 4 line should be jetted out at the completion of construction (Cost to jet clean line is $1574). 12/3/15: Nasseff scoped the first of the 4 pipe, and found a minor amount of sediment. The video will be available next week, Andy will forward to the Team. Next week, Nasseff will scope the pipe upstream of the boiler room, and try to determine where flow is coming from. The remaining of waste pipe will be scoped over Christmas vacation Coordinate Location of Existing Steam Pipe and New Rain Leader 1/7/16: To be issued in CCD 17 12/30/15: HGA requested additional field verifications, these will be forwarded today. 12/17/15: HGA requested additional field verifications. 12/10/15: John forwarded dimensions to HGA on 12/9/15. 12/3/15: John will provide location of existing steam line to HGA for coordination Floor Drain, Janitor Sink and Water Supply at Garage 1/7/16: To be issued in CCD /30/15: Kevin will forward layout by 12/31/15. 12/10/15: See RFI #63. Kevin will forward DLS sketch of proposed layout to the team. 12/3/15: Nicholas and John will review and suggest location for the janitor sink, hand sink and hose bib Added Clocks and Bells 1/7/16: is needed by since conduit/block outs may be required at new CMU walls. CMU walls at 2 nd floor scheduled to start week of 1/18/16. DLS 1/7/16 12/17/15: DLS will check with Daktronics to see if time clocks connected to the Gym time clock can be added at the locker rooms. 12/10/15: Clocks and bells were reviewed before the meeting today. All clocks are to be recessed. Nicholas approved proceeding with the added clocks and bells. 12/3/15: DLS needs a drop dead date for making a decision on added clocks and bells. Team will look at plans prior to meeting next week to review locations Phase 2 Coordination Meeting 12/3/15: McGough will schedule a Phase 2 coordination meeting in early February to review the location of temporary partitions, schedule, and anticipated disruption North Plaza Coordination 1/7/16: Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 1/26/16 at 3:30 PM. McGough 12/17/15: Cheryl will set up this meeting. 12/10/15: Barry requested coordination of the North Plaza area with the Student Green Team. A meeting will be scheduled in late January to discuss lighting, landscaping etc. Page 3 of 4

4 21.02 Power to Telecom Room D202 1/7/16: Steam line location must be finalized first. DLS doesn t plan to use this room for computer equipment for some time. Room designation may be changed to Storage. HGA 12/30/15 12/30/15: Additional information needed: overhead steam line location, equipment rack layout, and verification of existing power. 12/17/15: DLS data system requires 220 V power via multiple 30 A feeds. Cheryl noted there is a steam pipe that runs overhead in this room that will have to be taken into consideration. 12/10/15: Nicholas asked HGA to clarify power to the Telecom Room by CCD North Vestibule Access Panel 1/7/16: Refer to RFI 75. HGA will forward revised CUH manufacturer/model for ceiling application. Andy will confirm required access panel size. McGough will follow up with Flynn to submit metal panel shop drawings. Team 12/30/15: Andy requested a 2 X 2 access panel in the ceiling. However, he noted the approved CUH is not designed for ceiling installation. Andy will follow up with an RFI. 12/10/15: John noted possible need for access panel(s) in the metal panel soffit, for CUH-1 access. Andy will look at the equipment and make a recommendation Schedule at Casanova Room 1/7/16: John and Nicholas discussed work taking place in half the room at a time (with operable partition in place). 12/17/15: Nicholas asked about construction schedule in the Casanova Room, they are now scheduling the room for Feb & Mar. McGough will review the schedule and respond AV Package 1/7/16: McGough will set up a coordination meeting next week to discuss. AV Vendor should be selected by 2/22/16. Robin from Henricksen, will forward cut sheet details for power/data hookup to new furniture. Team New Business: 12/30/15: Nicholas asked HGA to finalize and award the AV package. Description Action By Required Polished Concrete Floor Mockup 1/7/16: A meeting is scheduled at the McGough warehouse on Friday at 2:30 to review finishes. Team 1/8/ Lighting Under Mezzanine 1/7/16: Pat Reak will send an RFI requesting clarification on lighting under the mezzanine.
