Schedule: 8/31/16 Number of days lost due to weather: 12 total Working on Digging Area E Footings and bring in sand for fill Concrete working on Surge tank cap then moving to Area E grade beams/connection link Masons working on Walls along Area A for steel tie in then moving to walls in Area C and Area D Steel Erection has started in Area A and will continue working from West to the East Plumbers working on Locker rooms and Core Drilling for Area C Electrician working on Rough-ins for the block wall Page 1

3 08/24/16: Delay in Brick delivery waiting to hear shipping date to schedule mock up 8.01 Site Tours 08/17/16: Please coordinate any site tours with Dan on site by calling him at Pool Play Structure 08/24/16: This item was reviewed on what the process was to come to the decision to hold off on the purchase of this item. Everyone Agreed on the decision but expressed concern with how it was originally handled. Decision needs to be made by the end of January to purchase back Revised Electrical Room MBN 08/31/16: Drawing was issued on 8/25/16 thank you Curt. 08/24/16: Curt Planning to have drawing out by end of day with the revised layout showing the new VFD locations Air Structure Sizing 08/24/16: Met before Construction meeting with concerned civilian to go through the process of how the air bubble was sized. Civilian left with a much better feeling of the facility Pool Gutter System 08/24/16: System is a cast in place Gutter with a PVC grate Pool Sanitation system 08/24/16: Primary is chlorine tablets with a secondary of UV th Street utility work 8/31/16: Was approved and is being bid out at this time work planned for this fall. 08/24/16: Meeting to approve tomorrow for work to happen this fall yet. Travis will keep us informed New Business: Item Description Action By Tree Roots Area E 08/31/16: Terracon is investigating now and RTS is going to uncover some additional area Otter Power Company Easement 08/31/16: OPC has requested an easement on the north property line so that future service can be run to the east lot Underground Duct opening 08/31/16: Location of Large underground Duct opening in foundation vs. point loads from above. McGough wants to verify this is not an issue Camera Down 08/31/16: Both McGough and Daktel are working to resolve this it has been a back and forth affair. Page 3
