1 Youth, Junior, Senior Information Team Fees Winter Park Stars Annual tryout registration fee of $ is due the first day for tryouts for everyone. Everyone will be placed on a team according to their skills and age. Once teams are placed everyone will follow the payments below: Total for the All-Star Season (Youth, Junior, and Senior) is $2, payments of $255 will begin June 2014-April 2015 Payments can also be made in larger amounts below: 1 payment of $2, that can be paid up front in June payments of $1, paid in June 2014 and December payments of $ paid in June 2014, October 2014, and December Late Fee of $25.00 for payments received after the 10 th of the month. All fees are due on the 1 st of the month by auto debit. If you do no wish to have your account auto debited, you must pay your account by the 10 th. If account is not paid by the 10 th then your account will be debited with your credit card on file on the 11 th. Team members will not be allowed to practice or compete if tuition is not up to date. If your card is declined team member will sit out of practice until Payment is received. This Includes: All-Star team practice on average of two days per week.

2 Week prior to a competition can be as much as 5 days or as a little as 2 days a week. During holiday weeks (following the Orange County Public School schedule) the gym will be closed and classes will not be held. Registration to all competitions Team music Instruction/Training fees throughout the season for tumbling, stunting, flexibility, and overall athletic training. Tumbling is a large portion of the score sheet; each team will have their own team tumbling class that will take place throughout the season. Note: The amount is a total for the season. It is a program for 11 months for a full season, and the payments are provided to allow you to pay on monthly schedule, which is a convenience for everyone. When you make monthly payments please know that you are not paying for that month, so the speak- for example: November is still a full payment even though the gym is closed a portion of the week during Thanksgiving, and December. Uniform Fees: Everyone s uniform needs are different when ordering uniforms it is to be paid in full. Athletes will receive uniforms when they are received, they are being ordered from Rebel Athletic Inc. and require 8-10 weeks to process once sizes have been established. ( See uniform break down sheet for costs of uniforms required and uniforms that are optional) Cross-overs: Some athletes may compete on more than one team at WPCA and they are known as cross-overs. This could take place when the age of the athlete may be on the older side of one team and the younger side of another team and the athlete may want to compete on both teams. This is allowed and encouraged. When this occurs the cross-over s fees will pay the fees to enter competitions, which is an addition to the normal registration fee. These will be paid by the parents is separate payments when they are due. Joining after the season begins: Members can join the gym after June 1 st and a different structured payment schedule will be provided for those members in writing. A half-year program can be provided and will be determined in late-fall (information about the half year team will be given out at a later date) Discounts: There will be a 10% sibling discount for sibling of athletes the sibling will receive 10% team tuition. No other discounts will be provided in the season other than monthly special promotions, which will be announced when they arrive.

3 Refer a Friend: A one time $50 credit will be given to the athlete for referring a friend who registers at the gym for any class, private, or team. Refunds: No refunds will be given if the athlete leaves the gym for any reason and length of time. ALL money fundraised and or paid cannot be refunded; this policy applies to privates, classes, and uniform fees. Any overdue tuition or fees will not be collected through the end of the month the athlete decided to leave the parent/guardian will not be responsible to pay fees the following month. Example: if the athlete leaves the team in the middle of November then the payments of the athlete must be paid for November and the months before she left. The athlete would not continue with payments on December 1 st unless payments were not fulfilled. Start, Stop, Start: No athlete can start a team and pay tuition, stop for a while, and then start back up again. If an emergency situation is to arise then the parents/guardians and WPCA staff will meet and agree on a plan that is fair to all parties.

4 Winter Park Stars Payment Breakdown Cheerleading Uniform: $ (Mini, Youth, Junior, and Senior Teams) Practice Wear: tank top and short $ Sports Bra can be purchased for $28.00 (optional). Extra practice wear can be ordered at front office through Shirley Hart and Shannon Cullen. Accessory Package: competition bow: $25.00, practice bow: $15.00, socks and make-up will be about $ Shoes: will be ordered from Rebel Athletic company, there are many choices for us and we will be deciding which shoe we are interested in. Shoes will be ordered when uniforms are ordered before June 1 st. Warm-up: TBA Backpack: Rebel Athletic Inc. is providing the backpack with our new logo, approx. price: $25.00 Briefs: built into the uniform skirt.

5 Competition & Additional Team Information Competition Schedule: The schedule will be announced in the upcoming weeks. All events will be held in the state of Florida. Camp & Choreography Session: This will be an additional cost for each athlete; it is a session for the team to learn their routing for the competition season. The schedule is tentative, but please plan for the dates of these team sessions for August 1 st August 15 th. The cost will be an approx. price: $100 athlete. Team Tumbling Class:

Everyone will be placed on a team according to their skills and age. Monthly fees of $ per month (June through April), which includes the competition entry fees, coaches costs, and tumbling class. All fees are due on the 1 st of the month by auto debit. If you do no wish to have your account auto debited, you must pay your account by the 10 th.
