6 Top 10 Lists Page 6 Founded in 1999 February 28, 2014 The Top 10 Three Tri High experts pick their top 10 Disney animated movie songs of all-time. These lists are highly subjective and in no way reflect the interests or opinions of staff or Tri High School, both of which surely don t care this much about Disney movies. Arianna Stevenson and Mr. Stevenson s Top 10 Disney Movie Songs Senior Cora Herbkersman s Top 10 Disney Movie Songs Junior Katie Pfaff s Top 10 Disney Movie Songs #1 Part of Your World (The Little Mermaid) Mr. S: The song my daughter sings in its entirety in the back seat of the car. It s all about Ariel with Ari. #2 Let it Go (Frozen) Mr. S: Ari sings the entire song with just the lyrics Let it go throughout. Despite her inability to speak, Ari loves the song and so do I. Could ve been a great Beatles tune. #3 Kiss the Girl (The Little Mermaid) #4 The Bare Necessities (The Jungle Book) #5 Do You Want to be a Snowman (Frozen) #6 Hakuna Matata (The Lion King) #7 Poor Unfortunate Souls (The Little Mermaid) #8 A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes (Cinderella) #9 One Jump Ahead (Aladdin) #10 Be Our Guest (Beauty and the Beast) #1 I ve Got a Dream (Tangled) CH: Because just because. #2 I ll Make a Man Out of You (Mulan) CH: I really wanted to put this as my #1, but Sam Stone talked me out of it. To say the least, I love this song. #3 Be Our Guest (Beauty and The Beast) #4 Hakuna Matata (The Lion King) CH: A great stress-relieving song. #5 Colors of the Wind (Pocahontas) #6 Part of Your World (The Little Mermaid) CH: Besides the fact that this song shows the selfishness of Ariel, it is a classic. It is also a fun one to sing when home alone. #7 Let it Go (Frozen) #8 Trashin the Camp (Tarzan) CH: This song is in some sort of African. I have no idea what it says. #9 One Jump Ahead (Aladdin) #10 Bare Necessities (The Jungle Book) #1 A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes (Cinderella) KP: The perfect example of a princess love song. #2 Hakuna Matata (The Lion King) KP: It gives people a happy and uplifting outlook on life! #3 Part of Your World (The Little Mermaid) #4 Let It Go (Frozen) #5 Someday My Prince Will Come (Snow White) #6 It s The Bare Necessities (The Jungle Book) #7 Hi Ho (Snow White) #8 Colors of the Wind (Pocahontas) #9 Under the Sea (The Little Mermaid) #10 I m Almost There (The Princess and the Frog) KP: I plan to do this song for my senior dance solo.
