Conferences will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m. There is no school for the students. Please limit your conference to 10 minutes. Children are not permitted to attend conferences. Santa s elves have been busy preparing for this special shopping event for our children. The Christmas Concert is on Tuesday, December 5 th. The first performance is at 1:00 pm for all students. All are invited to attend. This is the only performance for Little Friars and Pre-K students. The evening performance is at 7:00 pm in the Church. As in the past, each family (K- 8) will be given three (3) tickets for the evening performance. Tickets will be distributed on onday, December 4 th. at the HSA meeting. 2 SS Basketball League Donations Needed We are so excited to announce that we now have a SS Basketball League. The program is up and running for grades 1-8. We are currently looking for donations for 4 Boy Basketballs size 29.5 and 2 Girls Basketballs size Home Field Advantage in Pompton Lakes is offering SS NO TAX. 4 7 more days until the St. ary s School Christmas Shop Shopping for all grades will be on Tuesday, November 28 th and on Wednesday, November 29 th for children that need to shop for more. All students will go home on onday, November 27 th with gift labels to fill out before they arrive to make sure they do not forget anyone on their list. If you have any questions, please let me know. 5 Hot Lunch Notice In order for our vendors to prepare for the month, the new menus will be up by the third week of the previous month. The ordering will close out the following Friday after Posting. December enu will close out on Friday December 1 st. Thank you for your help to make our new Lunch Program successful!

7 Picture Retake Day on. November 27 th, 2017 If you were not happy with your child s original picture, you may participate in Picture Retakes. Simply send back the old set of pictures on Retake Day and your child s picture will be taken. If your child did not get his or her picture taken on picture day and you would like to have it done, contact the Office for an order form. Children may dress down for pictures. No child s picture will be retaken without the original set returned.

8 Spirit Wear Place your orders by the Dec 4 th HSA meeting We are only ordering from Homefield Advantage. Homefield Advantage is located at 219 Wanaque Avenue, Pompton Lakes. You can go to the store to get sizes if you are not sure, but you cannot place an order there. Homefield Advantage will personalize items for $6 dollars per item. Please write neatly the name in the personalization box per merchandise V-neck wind shirt are only available to grades 5-8 and faculty and staff.
