Please review the following items enclosed in this packet: 1. General Event Information 2. Competition Schedule and Session Assignments in Gym P (Pink) and Gym T (Teal) 3. Twister Bucks and Mall Table Introduction 4. Event Venue and Map Rosters will be ed to clubs once all athlete USA Gymnastics member numbers have been verified. When you receive your roster, please check that session assignments listed on the roster agree with session information listed in this packet. If a discrepancy is noticed, contact sharyn@usacompetitions.com immediately (errors can easily be corrected). Your club roster will always be considered the official session assignment document. Sessions can begin up to 30 minutes early. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled General Stretch!! Athlete & Coach Registration Check in and receive credentials at the registration desk in the entry hall, prior to entering the competition arena. Coaches must initial the USA Gymnastics sign in sheet at the main computer table, inside the arena. U.S. Coaches, bring your USA membership card. Coaches without verifiable current Pro membership, safety, U100 and background status will pay admission fees and be allowed in the spectator areas only. Providing the names and USAG numbers of attending coaches in advance to Sharyn@usacompetitions.com is helpful and appreciated. Coaches meeting The floor manager will host a brief coaches meeting 5 minutes after the start of stretch before each session. At that time, athlete cards will be distributed. Cards are to be handed in to the judges at each event, in competition order. Awards Ceremonies Will take place immediately following the end of each session. Individual (50% + 1), All Around (100%) and Team* (50% + 1) will be awarded each and every session *Exception level 10 team awards (due to large team splits) will be awarded after the final level 10 session. Hospitality Grab & go snacks, coffee and water will be provided to coaches throughout the weekend in the hospitality area. Meals will be available for purchase at concessions in the convention hall. Coaches Gifts and Drawings Gift card drawings every session! Our way of recognizing those who give so much to the sport. 8 Awards are given for both individual and team placement after each session. There is no athlete designation for team (top three scores count). Athletes are divided by birth date into small award groups. 100% All Around is awarded. All athletes are recognized for their commitment & accomplishments! Now for the really fun stuff.tim Rand started the tradition years ago, of rewarding athletes with play money or Twister Bucks throughout their competitive session. At the end of the session, athletes may spend their Twister Bucks at the Mall Table. The Mall Table has all sorts of wonderful items to purchase. The athletes have a great time, and the best part parents are not allowed in the shopping area. Kids can spend their cash however they want! Twister Bucks are earned in numerous ways. Here are just a few examples: Everyone starts out with some cash already. They are then additionally rewarded by their scores on each event and the all around, by showing aggressive rhythm on bars, performing a leap with great amplitude on beam, explosive or high tumbling, a no fall routine, artistry on floor that goes above and beyond, and of course, sticking landings. NEVER will you see the athletes try so hard to stick their landings! Get them psyched now. They could do a lot of damage at the Mall! A complete list of earning potential will be available on event day.

Exit at US 1 North and proceed to S.E. 17th St. East on S.E. 17th St. to Eisenhower Blvd. Turn right on Eisenhower. Follow signs to the Convention Center. Convention Center Parking Fees $3 for 0-1 hour $6 for up to 5 hours, and then $1 per hour thereafter $15 daily maximum USACompetitions.com
