2 Host 2015 Colorado Xcel Bronze & Gold Parent Information Packet When June 12-14, 2015 Adrenaline Gymnastics, 8237 S. Holly Street, Suite A, Centennial CO Format: Individual Awards & Age Groups Team Awards Modified Traditional (Warmup-compete each event). Age Group sizes and number of placements awarded will be in accordance with the State Administrative Committee and USAG Rules & Policies. Event Placement: Top 40% of session age group AA Placement: 100% of session age group Bronze and Gold will have Small Team and Large Team Divisions for Final Team Placement. Small team will use top 3 scores and Large will use top 5 scores. Teams are placed in small or large team divisions based on final roster size submitted by the attending club. State Championship session Placement for the athletes will occur based on the following criteria (in order): Athlete Session Assignments Parking 1. Competition Level 2. Colorado State Reported Scoring Average. E Sessions are lowest scoring average, A sessions are highest scoring average 3. Age (each session will have 4 age groups, divided as equally as possible) Our parking lot is large with plenty of space, however please note that all parking spots directly in front of any business in the center is 30 minute parking only and is strictly enforced (they are marked). Additionally, please do not park in the separate O Reilly Auto Parts parking lot at the edge of our shopping center as they will tow non-o Reilly customer vehicles. Admission is cash only. No Checks or credit cards will be accepted at the door Spectator Admissions Spectator Admission Price Individual Session $5.00 Daily (Fri or Sat) $12.00 Daily (Sun) $16.00 All Weekend (Fri-Sun) $40.00 All Day/All Weekend passes will be provided a wristband that will be put on at the door. Lost or removed wristbands will not be honored for future session entrance into the State Championships event. All single session spectators must exit the gym after each session. Spectators with all day or all weekend passes will be allowed to remain in the building between sessions. As such: At no time are spectators allowed to enter the field of play competitive area. For the safety of the athletes, spectators are not allowed to use flash photography at any time during the pre-meet warm up or competition. Spectators shall not disturb the order of the meet, its competitors, and its officials. Individuals causing violations may be asked to leave the competition site Please adhere to all posted warning signs within the gym at all times
