LOUIS, MISSOURI MAY 28TH-30TH, 2010 Tournament Director: Kristen Jones (816) or (913) ALL COACHES MUST PICK UP PACKET & CONFIRM ROSTER 1 HOUR BEFORE FIRST GAME UNLESS YOU ARE THE FIRST GAME (6:30P) FRIDAY, THEN CHECK-IN WILL BE AT 6PM ADMISSION: * Two coaches per team wil be admited free of charge as long as they present coach s pas * Adults: $5 daily / $10 weekend pass, Students (Grades K-12): $3 daily / $5 weekend pass * Children under 5 will be admitted free of charge, children must be under adult supervision * A coach s pas, weekend pas or daily ticket must be presented upon each entry to the gyms CONCESSIONS: * Concessions will be available at St. Peter s Rec Plex, PLEASE dispose of all trash properly SOUVENIERS: * A variety of souvenir items will be available including t-shirts and shorts priced $15-$20 SCOREKEEPING: * Please fill out score sheet (found in your packet) completely before your warm-ups begin * Each team needs to provide an ADULT score person, who should report to the score table IMMEDIATELY following the preceeding game, only ONE person per team at score table MISCELLANEOUS: * If you are playing the first game of the day (6:30pm Fri., 8:30am on Sat. & 8:00am on Sun.) WE ARE NOT ALLOWED to let anyone in the gym until 30 minutes prior to the game time * ALWAYS check brackets posted on wall throughout tournament in case of any changes GAME LOCATIONS: St. Peter s Rec Plex 5200 Mexico Road St. Peter s, MO We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the fact that this event is not at the venue previously listed.
