Payments must be received by October 10, 2018.Refunds will not be given after October 10, Substitutions will be permitted where available up until the meet. 3 VAULT: AAI Vault table, Tac/10 Base Mats: 12 cm Run Way: 80 ; Thickness: 1 & 3/8 inches BARS: AAI Competition Bars AAI soft blue Rails will be used Base Mats: 12 Centimeters BEAM: AAI Competition Beam Base mats: 12 Centimeters FLOOR: AAI Spring floor *8 mats, 4 mats, and Sting mats available at every event* Multiple Spring Boards available AAI Tac/10 LZT Stratum Vault Board AAI Stratum Vault Board (Gray Carpet top) VAULT-**A hand placement mat may be placed on the runway (but not on the board) ONLY for vaults that require placing the hands on the runway in front of the board (Round-off or Front handspring entry). The hand placement mat must be manufactured by a gymnastics equipment company and cannot exceed 2 inches in height. No other type matting is allowed.** Session Schedule: Will be posted on Awards: Coaches meeting: Individual and All-Around awards will be presented to each age group at the conclusion of each competitive session. Awards will follow the rules and policies requirements. There will be a coaches meeting at the beginning of each session. Results will be posted online at Pro Member: Coaches will be asked to show their USA Gymnastics pro-member cards at sign in. Please be sure all your dates are current: Pro membership, Safety certification and Background check. Only professional members who are actually coaching and athletes who are competing in that session are allowed on the competition floor. Safety Consideration: For the safety and consideration of ALL the athletes and coaches, parents should not allow an injured or sick athlete to compete. Shopping: Goodie Grams will be available for purchase for a gift for your gymnast. Proceeds to benefit Richmond Olympiad Gymnastics Club Products from GK Elite Sportswear, Dreamlight Activeware, Digital Magic Photography and Fine Designs Clothing will be available for shopping.

5 GENERAL DIRECTIONS The Farm Bureau Center at Meadow Event Park (the State Fairgrounds of Virginia) Dawn Blvd Doswell, VA From I-95, take Exit 98 (Doswell) and travel 1.5 miles east on state Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your left. Proceed through the first gate on your left. Plentiful parking is available. Competition will be held on Side B of Meadow Event Park (the side opposite the gate you entered) Alternate Routes: Take U.S. Route 301 to State Route 30. Travel about 3 miles west on Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your left. Take U.S. Route 1 to State Route 30. Travel about 2 miles east on Route 30. The main entrance to The Meadow Event Park will be on your left.
