1 The Rochester Gymnastics Academy is proud to invite you to the 2016 Rochester Classic, an invitational to be held at the Gates Chili Spartan Field House. Another year has passed, and we find ourselves preparing for another competitive season. This year we are once again inviting both GIRLS and BOYS to the Rochester Classic. As we did last year, we will be utilizing the whole venue, and hosting both a girls and boys meet simultaneously with cash awards going to the most successful Boys and Girls Coaches. February 13 th 14 th, 2016 Entry Information and Deadline: We will reserve spots in our meet for your club with a $100 NON-refundable deposit, and a tentative number of entries per level to be received by December 1 st, Full fees and names will be due by January 10th, After January 15th, entry fees will not be refunded; however, you may substitute athletes if you have a scratch. Other teams will replace clubs that do not pay entry fees by January 15th. The schedule will be available by the beginning of February on our website. The meet will fill on a first come basis, so please enter early. Registration: Registration may be mailed with your payment on one CLUB Check to: Rochester Gymnastics Academy 131 Despatch Drive East Rochester, NY Girls Fees Boys Fees $85.00 per Women s athlete Levels $75.00 per Women s athlete Levels 3-6 $70.00 per Men s athlete Levels and Junior Elite $65.00 per Men s athlete Levels Awards - Awards will be given after each session. Age Groups will be decided upon closer to the time. Awards will consist of Medals and Trophies for all levels. Team Format: Girls: For Levels 3 6, the top 4 will constitute a Team score. For Levels 7-10, the top 3 scores per level. Boys: For Compulsories: Top 3 Scores constitute a team score. For optionals: Top 2 Scores constitute a team score. (We will combine the Junior Elites and JO scores together)

From the Airport: Turn right onto Brooks Avenue, then a left onto I-390 North. From 390, take the I490 West Ramp. Follow I 490 West till exit 7A (Buffalo Road).

2 Hosting Venue Gates Chili Spartan Field House The Spartan Field House is a nearly 100,000 square foot facility that contains a gymnasium, fitness center, indoor track, and swimming pool. The Spartan Field House is located at 1 Spartan Way, Rochester, NY 14624, five miles from both the airport and the New York State Thruway (I-90), exit 47. This belongs to the Gates Chili High School. The indoor events venue has seating for 8000 spectators, making this the 3 rd largest indoor venue in Rochester. The Spartan Field House is five miles from both the airport and the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90), exit 47. From the Airport: Turn right onto Brooks Avenue, then a left onto I-390 North.
