2 Awards: 1 st to 3 rd Large Medals 4 t h to 8 th Smaller Medals Personalized athlete gifts Top competitor per level awards Team Awards Ages 9+: 4 members to a team 3 scores to count Must be the same level Submit your teams on the registration form Meet Specifications: Regulations as outlined in the Women s Technical Rules and Regulations Manual Option 2 warm up We reserve the right to combine categories All coaches must be registered prior to the meet. All coaches are reminded to wear appropriate attire and footwear Coaches Eligibility: To be eligible for competition floor, coaches must be fully certified NCCP level 2, with up to date Risk Management Only coaches listed on the registration form will be allowed on the competition floor GO Photo ID accreditation cards must be worn at all times during the competition weekend

3 Equipment: OCP Categories- Red Gym All Speith, White Gym- Gymnova Vault &Bars, Speith Beam and Floor, National Categories- Gymnova Vault, Bars and Beam, Speith Floor Vault landing to mats in pit for levels 8+ 20cm mats under all equipment 25 metre runway Fees and Deadlines: $80.00 Women s OCP, National and CPN until Jan 31 st, $95 after Feb 1 st $ & 8 year olds until Jan 31 st, $80 after Feb 1 st. $10.00 Coaches registration fee Registration is not complete until full payment is made Please submit registrations by only: meetdirector@futuresgymnastics.com Make cheques payable to: Team Futures School Of Gymnastics 2% service charge for credit card payments DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: March 1st,2014 OR MEET IS FULL No Changes in Category after March 30th Refunds, with a doctor s note, will be subject to a $20 administration fee.
