Monitoring/evaluation/publication of results will start soon Shall we have to reallocate TNA funds? (vs. better promotion of under-utilized sites)

18 For the future Need for «bench fee» for basic analyses (Infras are often experimental fish farms without labs included) Would a permanent call be more relevant? Remove unpopular infras from TNA? Include other infras?
