1 Roof Safety Survey GENERAL INFORMATION Building 31A Roof Safety Assessment CAMPUS: Wollongong Campus BUILDING: Facilities Management Division (31 A) DESCRIPTION: Two storey metal roof building comprising of a main southern wing and smaller northern wing with a steeper pitched roof - anchor points required to clean gutters. No compliance plates or tags on anchor points. The Southern wing has a raised curved section of roof with no achor points or lifelines. High level of sap on roof. Extremely slippery. Use caution and connection to fall arrest system at all time on north side. These should be identified in the Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) of the contractor.
