UOW01602 ROOF ACCESS: Portable Ladder SIGNAGE: Nil COMPLIANCE PLATES: MARKED SAFE AREA: ROOFING SYSTEM: HEIGHT OF BUILDING: PITCH: ROOF CONSTRUCTION: STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY: VEGETATION: ADJOINING ROOFES: 1) Located on ridge at eastern end of the horizontal lifeline, 2) located on the western end of the horizontal lifeline, 3) Tags on the anchor points. None Sala Sayflgida & Sayf8 Lifeline TYPICAL ANCHORS Two storey < 30 degrees Metal Roof Sound, however southern facing roof also contains transparent polycarbonate roofing which is brittle and unsafe to walk on. CORRECT ORIENTATION SALA SAYFLINK SHUTTLE part # SS130 - Slide the locking pin / attachment point into the slot on the safelink and open the mouth ( the attachment point must be facing you or the mouth will not open.) - Place the safelink over the cable and close the mouth. - Slide the locking pin back to the original position and lift the locking pin / attachment point. - Connect the hardware from the lanyard or rope grab to the hole in the locking pin / attachment point to prevent the locking pin from falling into the slot and the mouth opening.
