Anchor point on the south side adjacent to the hatch opening. RISK ASSESSENT #: ROOF ACCESS: UOW01624 Access to the roof is via the plantroom on the second floor. A permanently fixed 6 metre ladder ascends to a locked hatch that opens onto the roof. Use caution when climbing the ladder - beware hitting head or back on cable rack which is in close proximity. Telescopic styles to be extended when roof hatch is opened. SIGNAGE: COPLIANCE PLATES: Compliance plate at top of ladder inside the hatch.
