1 S TARIFF DESCRIPTION Failing to attend the League AGM Failing to attend the League's Annual Presentation/End of Season Meeting Failing to attend any other meeting of clubs called by the League Failing to return any League Trophy, won during the previous season, by the due date Failing to submit Annual Statement of Accounts & Balance Sheet, as requested by the Hon. Treasurer, by the due date Failing to pay Annual Subscription to the League by the due date Failing to pay Annual Affiliation Fee to County Board by the due date Failing to fulfill a fixture for anything other than climatic reasons Failing to offer the visiting club an opportunity to view the pitch and ground conditions before abandoning a match plus for every 7 days outstanding thereafter plus for every 7 days outstanding thereafter. Club officials and/or players (including captain) will be requested to attend a Disciplinary Hearing on the fourth and subsequent occasions Captain receives an immediate two match suspension with no right of appeal on the third occasion.
