1 Dear Skaters, Coaches, Parents, and Friends, The Eastern Region Artistic Coaches Association and is pleased to announce our first February meet. The meet is scheduled for Sunday, February 24 th, The contest will be for Adult, "A", "B" and "C" level youth skaters in Figures, Loops, Solo and Team Dance. We will offer Freestyle events and Open A and B Creative Freedance. All events will be skated as a Final Event. A/B/C Levels: We will use the first two elimination requirements of the Wheels Invitational (Odenton MD) for our events. World Skate Junior Figures will skate Group 3, Loop is last in rotation. Youth Development and Intro events will use requirements per Eastern Region Guidelines We will offer both Short and Long programs for Juvenile/Elementary A and Freshman/Sophomore A Freestyle. Please note on the application whether you are skating one or both events. 2 PLEASE NOTE: Events will start approximately 8:00am, unless the schedule dictates an earlier start. A final schedule will be ed to all participating clubs. For a personal copy, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope, FAX number, or address A final schedule will be posted on the Eastern Region Web Page For those Freestyle events that qualify, we will offer both short and long programs. We will award for short, long and combined event. Rules of Entry: All USARS rules will be observed, except as noted. All contestants must have current USA Roller Sports membership Membership Rules: All skaters must hold a current 2019 USA Roller Skating Full Membership card if they are registering in official USARS events. (Youth Level A, B events, Elite Events or Adult Events) or a Single Event Membership for this contest to compete in these events. You must present Single Event memberships at the contest. Skaters who have a Limited USA Roller Sports Membership ($45.00) may compete in Youth Development Program Events, Intro Events,and may also skate in Level C Events. Skaters registering in just Eastern Region Youth Development Program Events and Intro Events may skate with a Development USA Roller Sports Membership ($10.00). AGE ELIGIBILITY is determined by the skater s age on January 1, Challenge up and Cross Over: Youth: Intro skaters may only challenge up to appropriate Level C or Level B event, requires proper USARS membership Level C skaters may challenge up to Level B and up to their Standard A Level event, requires proper USARS membership All Level A events may challenge up. Sophomore and Freshman must challenge Junior, World Skate Junior or World Skate Senior Adult: All adult skaters may only enter events that they are age eligible to skate. Adult Bronze Levels may not challenge up to Adult Gold or Classic Levels Adults may challenge up to the next level event (example: bronze to silver, silver to gold) AND skate Classic level per discipline. All Adult level dances will skate two skater/team flights and FOUR (4) repetitions of the dance. Single skaters/teams will skate FOUR (4) repetitions of the dance. All events will be judges as a Final Event.

3 Final Events: All events will be skated as a Final Event WS Junior/Senior Solo/Team will skate only the Style Dance. Unofficial Event Rules: There will be Intro Figures and Dance, Youth Development Figures, Dance and Freestyle. Youth Development Red level will follow the printed format. Continue directions below for 55 South. From 295 Southbound towards Gloucester Near Exit 26 keep to the far right and follow 295 South to 42 South - Atlantic City. Once on ramp, keep left and take exit on left for 42 South - Atlantic City. Once on 42 south, keep toward the right side. Take Exit 19 on right for 55 South - Glassboro / Vineland. Continue directions below for 55 South. From 295 Northbound towards Gloucester Take exit 26 on left to 76 / Camden / Philadelphia. Keep to right. Take Exit 1C on right South. At top of ramp, turn left onto Market Street - Gloucester. Keep right and follow signs for TO 295 / 42. In just a few hundred yards exit off Market Street to right marked TO 295 / 42. Stay on 76 East and follow signs for 76 East - Atlantic City to South 42. Once on 42, keep toward the right side. Take Exit 19 on right for 55 South - Glassboro / Vineland. Continue directions below for 55 South. From 55 Southbound towards Franklinville Take exit 43 on right - Little Mill Road - Franklinville / Clayton. At top of ramp, turn left onto Little Mill Road East - Franklinville / Clayton. Cross railroad tracks then turn right onto Rt 47 (Delsea Drive) at traffic signal.
